Story
If you've ever loved a truly special orange tabby- the affectionate, loyal kind who feels like family, Sherbert is the cat you've been waiting for. He's incredibly social, loving, and happiest when he's close to people. Sherbert found his way to us as an outdoor cat, but everything about him suggests he'd much prefer life indoors, whether because he once had a home or simply has the friendliest heart we've ever met. He is neutered, vaccinated, and in excellent health. His ear tip reflects his outdoor status, not his personality. Sherbert is EXCELLENT with other cats and has never met a stranger. He is one of those rare cats that will give you his belly whenever he can. He loves warmth, comfort, and companionship and deserves far more than a shelter. We'd adopt him in a heartbeat if we didn't already have four housecats. Sherbert is ready for a loving home and a family to call his own. No obligation to adopt by submitting an application- feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Story
Tammy is a very playful and sweet kitten. I got her from someone I don't really know. She wanted me to take care of her for a while, but I haven't heard from her since, and I can't keep her anymore because I'm having a baby soon and I don't know how Tammy will react to my baby since she's so playful. I want a Family who can protect and love her.

Story
I got Hendrix when she was about eight months old from my daughter. She was not getting along with my daughters dogs. She is very sweet, but she can also be very sassy. She seems to get along fine with male cats. She is not getting along with my other female cat currently. She used to; I dont know what happened. They growl and fight. She is not living her best life as shes always seems to be on guard. She has started to pee outside the litter box I believe because of the conflict. She has been checked medically, and there are no issues. The vet has cleared her. She likes to sleep with me and she likes being pet and cuddled, but on her own terms.

Story
Clea is amazing. She’s super curious and friendly. She was first adopted as a store cat- she was getting locked up in a cage in an office in a garden supply store. I couldn’t leave her there and took her into my home. She first preferred hard, cold surfaces- she likes the tub, will get in the bathroom sink (but we are teaching her no counters! Some success?), and she will just lay on the floor. She recently has started laying on the bed with me while I watched tv. She’s learning more about comfortable sleeping spots. She will sometimes watch tv. We had to teach her not to jump onto the tv stand to get to the tv. She doesn’t do that anymore but may start again in a new environment. She likes the hammock in our cat tree and loves upright scratching posts. She has learned to sit and give paw for treats. She is energetic and likes to run around the house. She would do well with another cat, probably would do well with a dog, and children. She never bites and always greets strangers.

Story
Egypt is a sweet, loving, friendly 7 year old cat who likes to spend half his time indoors and half his time outdoors. He mainly goes to the bathroom outdoors but does know how to use a litter pan. Egypt likes seafood flavored cat food the most but eats all varieties, mostly canned but also kibble. Egypt was abandoned by his owners who moved away from my brother's neighborhood in Charleston, SC, so my brother encouraged my mom and I to adopt him in 2019. After just meeting him for a few days, Egypt rode with us on the 7 hour car ride up to Virginia, mainly sitting on my lap. Since then Egypt has lived with my mom. My mom is 87 yers old and is now going to an assisted living place in Charleston, SC and cannot bring Egypt so we need to find a home for him.
