Story
Link is 5 years old and I have had him since he was a kitten. He is one of the sweetest cats you will ever meet. He is not shy around strangers and will go right up to you and sit on your lap if you let him. If you feel like cuddling, just call him over and he will happily sit on your lap! He is very affectionate as well as very energetic! He loves being pet and chasing toys. He loves doing "cat-acro" where I put him on my feet and he hangs out in the air! I am rehoming him only because I am about to be traveling full-time and unfortunately just won't be able to care for him.

Story
I chose Ms. Callie from a shelter in Durham 2 years ago when she was 3 months old. She is a sweet cat but doesn't like people much as she is only used to being around me. I have a new granddaughter and I don't have enough time to spend with them both. I would love for her to go to someone that has had a cat before and would give her the love and attention she deserves. I will give her bed, automatic feeder, cat tree, food, nail clippers, liter box, box pads, toys, scratching posts, liter pail & auto water bowls also.

Sandy is a really sweet cat. Loves to cuddle and a belly rub. She is a inside cat only and I would like to keep that way. She is very attached to her brother Junior and if possible they should go together. They play a lot together.

Junior is a sweetheart. Very curious and loves to cuddle. He will play all day if he have another cat with him. He should go to a family with Sandy (also on my profile) they are very attached to one another. All 4 of them are lovely and I am very sorry I can’t keep them all.

Story
Looking for a New Home for Our Cat, Motts Motts is a neutered, microchipped domestic short-haired cat, mostly black in color. He was adopted from the Wake County Animal Center on September 17, 2024, when he was around 11 weeks old. Motts is a very energetic and playful kitten, and he gets along wonderfully with our 10-year-old child. He’s great with kids and enjoys interacting with them. However, Motts does not get along well with our current 1-year-old female cat, who has been showing signs of discomfort. As much as we love Motts, we feel it’s best to find him a new home where he can be the first and only cat. We’re hoping to find a family that can provide him the love and attention he deserves and who can handle a lively and active kitten. If you or someone you know is interested, please reach out!

Story
April is 7 years old. She is a great cat, but she would prefer a home where she is an only child. We have another cat and a dog and while she's not their biggest fan, she is fine with them. She has had issues with our babies though and has started to mark her territory in their belongings. This has never happened before, and is only on baby items. We hope she can find a home where she feels more comfortable and less stressed. She loves us and we love her, but feel it may be best for all of she is in a home without kids. She can be skiddish at first with strangers but will open up to people with time.

Story
I rescued these 2 male older kittens as well as the Mother and 4 babies from an acquaintance that had them In horrible conditions and not feeding them often. I couldnt let the cats go like this, so I am fostering but really am unable to keep them. I have advanced stage 4 breast cancer and do not have much time on this earth left unfortunately. I would be happy to keep and properly take care of these cats if I were able. I also have moved in with my sister due to my health and she is extremely allergic to cats and is being confined to her room and office due to this and she has 3 dogs whom are also confined to those rooms and I can't ask her to remain confined in her own home for too much longer. I really was interested in finding a loving home for both of these loving kitties. They can go together or seperate. They are both litter trained and were going outside but I would prefer to have a forever home for these young boys be inside, at least for the most part.

Story
Ash has had at least 3 litters of Kittens and had her last kittens in July. She was at a home that didn't feed her regularly and never planned on getting her spayed. I took Mom and Kittens to have her spayed and rehome her and her Kittens. I would keep them myself, but I have Stage 4 Cancer and live with my sister who has 3 dogs and is highly allergic to cats. I currently have Ash in one room in order to keep her safe from the dogs and away from my sister who was kind to even let me take them into her home. This a Momma cat is a wonderful, happy, now healthy, very affectionate cat, who is a wonderful Mom but she is getting spayed on October 16 and so I will keep her through then and a couple weeks so I know she is completely healed. My hope for her is to find a loving and caring 4ever home with pet parents who will care for her and adore her like she deserves.

Story
Originally adopted from the Wake SPCA in 2022, Sable has been a fearless daredevil from the start! After only a couple days being adopted as a three-month-old kitten, Sable was practically best buddies with her dog sister who was at least double her size! While Sable doesn’t like being outside in a fenced in backyard (and closely monitored), she LOVES exploring in the garage, if you let her out there. And, considering her best friend is of the K-9 breed, who said cats and dogs had to be enemies? Unfortunately, Sable does not get along with other cats as well. She loves all humans, but would truly thrive in a one-cat household (and a slow introduction to a new dog best friend)!

Story
Please meet Genie Beanie! Genie was found under a car 08/2021 as a kitten. She’s been a huge blessing to me. She acts like a cross between Queen Sheba and a grandma. She’s so classy and elegant. Her favorite activities are napping together and chasing her laser. She’s been great emotional support for me. She finds me if/ when I’m upset or crying & rubbing her brings so much comfort. Also, she allows me to cradle her like a baby. She’s the sweetest girl. Doesn’t bother anyone & enjoys being alone. I’m truly going to miss her, but I’m moving to a home that doesn’t allow cats.

These pups are in Durham, North Carolina too!

Meet Fig, a charming young adult cat with a heart of gold. He has a wonderful brother named Fin and they are A M A Z I N G together! Despite their outdoor beginnings, these kitties have shown a remarkable affinity for indoor living, craving the warmth of human companionship. When first introduced to his foster home, Fig explored the entire area without fear and made his home in the cat tree. Fig & Fin's playful antics and boundless curiosity make them a joy to have around, and their affectionate nature ensures they'll bring endless love into their forever home. When Fig warms up, he'll jump in your lap and rub his head against you. He has a low purr and is a marvelous muffin maker. If you're searching for a duo of furry companions to brighten your days with love and laughter, look no further than Fig & Fin, they are ready to fill your home with warmth and whisker-tickling charm. Fig and Fin, love their big brother (or dad), Magic Milo. This trio is the sweetest and while we know it is a big ask... if you have the biggest heart, these sweet boys would love to be able to spend the rest of their life together. They love to lounge, play, and groom one another.
