Story
Ellie loves every person she's ever met. Her happy place is curled up on your lap, on the back of the sofa near you, or in bed next to your pillow. Our nick-name for her is "little meeper" because rather than a meow, she makes little meeps when she's trying to get your attention. She'll also reach out with her right paw and tap you. Her favorite toys are little stuffed mice and a ribbon wand. She likes to scratch on the sisal pole of her cat tree and cardboard scratchers As a lifelong indoor kitty, she's not an escape artist. And she's a surprisingly good mouser. Ellie is great with dogs. She's good with children who know how to behave with animals and isn't frightened by them being their energetic selves. Ellie has always lived with a dog and plays with our current dog. She has always had someone home with her so a home with someone in the house most of the time would be best. Ellie does not get along with other cats.

Story
Buddy is a 13 year old Silver Tabby American Shorthair. We have had him since a kitten and he is a lover boy. He loves to cuddle, nap in the sun, purr loud and proud, eat, and to sleep as close as possible to his humans. Our living arrangements have changed and we sadly won't be able to take him with us. Buddy is used to living with 2 dogs. He does not do well with other cats. We recently had his senior kitty vet check up and other than missing several teeth (dental procedure 2 years ago), and kitty arthritis, he is very healthy.

Story
Walter is a sweet, playful guy. He's a great nap partner and movie watching companion. He's very athletic when the feather toy comes out and likes a good sprint through the house every now and then. Otherwise, he's happy on the couch next to you or on a cozy chair. He tolerates nail trims and loves to be brushed. The only thing he doesn't like are other pets in the house, unfortunately. He needs to be the only pet. He's easy going and very loving.

Story
Wiggliam is part of a bonded pair with his brother Boyd (profile: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/41790809-portland-oregon-cat). I have been taking care of them since my sister died in February. Wiggliam is 7 years old and is a very big handsome boy (19 pounds of snuggles.) He is shy sometimes but usually likes being around people and will often cuddle up to his brother and his favorite humans. He sometimes nibbles people when he wants attention and it is cute. He doesn't like being picked up and would rather just come up to you himself. He likes to sleep in boxes. They've been to the vet recently and the vet recommended they get one more shot later this year to bring their vaccines up to date. Aside from their special diet (see below) they are healthy boys. They like to spend time with people and they particularly like to sleep next to people, so this would be a plus if they could have this in their new home.

Story
Thomas showed up at my door as a skinny kitten and has been loved to pieces ever since. He's now fixed, vaccinated, chipped, and ready for his forever home. Thomas is a goofy, social butterfly who loves attention! He's playful, purrs like a motor, and loves to give "high fives." This sweet boy lives for snacks and will let you know it's dinner time by putting his arms up in the air for attention! He loves catnip, laser pointers, and is obsessed with green beans. He needs some regular outdoor time. Thomas spent too much of his life outside and is sad to not have access anymore. There are too many coyotes on my farm to let him out, and he's become depressed and distressed in his need to go outside again. A home for him should have a yard or catio (he's also "leash trained" for walks). He's gotten along well with my foster kitten and my elderly dog. He's never marked, had a hair ball, any health issues, and mostly sleeps all day. He's a goofy boy who would love to meet your family!
