Story
Baka is around 4 years old, he came to me from my uncle when he was around 2 months old. Baka would thrive in a home with a young child. He is very lovey and energetic. He likes to suckle on earlobes and cuddle up at night. He’s an average size cat a bit on the longer side. Baka has had one surgery for an umbilical hernia and a neuter. He has had an upper respiratory infection, alongside an ear infection and was hospitalized for a couple days when he was around 2 years old. He was residing with my brother for a while but due to the stress of too many animals Baka had gotten an inflamed bladder which he is fully recovered from.

Story
Pippa is a 5 year old petite 9.5 lb tabby with a heart full of love and a wonderfully silly personality. She’s been with us since she was a kitten and has lived her whole life indoors. Snuggly, affectionate, and full of charm, Pippa truly is a delightful companion. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and in great health. Unfortunately, she has not gotten along with her feline sister, and over time, this has led to some behavioral challenges—specifically, she urinates outside the litter box (though she always uses it for #2). We've worked closely with our vet and tried every solution we could find, but the issue seems to be rooted in stress and her environment. Pippa would thrive as the only pet in a quiet, loving home. She’s okay with children but needs to be the only animal, as she struggles with other pets. Her ideal adopter is an experienced cat lover—someone patient, compassionate, and ready to help her feel safe enough to relearn good habits.

Story
Binx is half of a bonded pair, his brother is a grey short haired cat named Indie! Binx is a sweet and shy boy, loud noises and small children frighten him, but if you go slow and give him some time he'll be chirping for pets in no time! Binx was found as a stray kitten in California and our intention has always been to find him a loving home. He loves to follow his brother around, nap in the windowsill, and loves a good feathered toy. So far he doesn't seem to enjoy babies or toddlers, but older children were fine. He is great with dogs, he is ok with other cats but often shy/fearful at first, and loves to watch fish! Binx is such a gentle and loving boy, but as much as we love him and his brother, we just think their needs will be better met with a family that has more time to spend with them!

Story
Missy is 2 years and 5months old. She is sweet, affectionate and has a roaring purr motor. She is up to date with her vaccinations and had her spay surgery in July. She can play independently (especially with furry toys) and also loves playing with humans. She likes to be a lap kitty but also enjoys a window or two with a good view of the birds, squirrels, or people walking by. But she needs to be the queen of her castle, and does not care for her other feline roommates. She would be best suited in a home without other cats or is the first cat as she is territorial. Litter box usage is great, she not too picky about food but for some reason does not care for poultry wet food and prefers seafood pate, and is really great about drinking water. We want to find her a good home that she doesn’t have to be separated from other cats which is our current situation. We love her and want her to live her best life free to roam her castle as she pleases.

Story
Silas is a character and I love him dearly, but despite all efforts he is too rambunctious for my resident cat. He likes to lay on top of the pillow by your head and will purr to no end. Very food motivated and clingy. Extremely playful. He would probably get along great with an another boy his age, but not my 5 year old girl. Perhaps best as only cat. He is 8 months old and a big guy already. It breaks my heart to do this, but I am hoping I can find someone who loves him as much as I do.

Story
Boo is a 2.5 year old male cat. He is very sweet, smart, curious, and playful. He is neutered and vaccinated. Overall, a very healthy cat. I had to move to a studio apartment where there isn’t a lot of space for him to play, and he is not getting enough stimulation. I am not sure if he is okay with dogs, he hasn’t been around them before. I think he would be good with kids, he’s pretty gentle, but he also has not been around them before.

Grayson is looking for a home without children. He’s a very shy kitty but once he opens up, he can be extremely sweet and snuggly. Due to his shy nature, children are scary to him, so he would prefer to go to a home without adults only.

Story
This is Steve. We adopted him from a foster home in 2021, along with his sister (they were a package deal). To our knowledge, they were right under a year old. Unfortunately, after a few months, we found that Steve didn't get along with his sister. We had to keep them in separate parts of the home until we gave his sister to the neighbors. Besides that, Steve is a very loving cat. He gets along with all humans and dogs. He is a cat that you can just pick up and snuggle with at any time. He's on the bigger size weighing about 20lbs. He loves to lounge but also enjoys exploring outside. His "special need" is that he eats a prescription food that he needs for urinary health. Other than that, he is a very sweet and low maintenance pet. As long as you give him love and food, he'll be a great part of the family. We just can't give him the attention that he deserves and hoping to find a new home that will love him a little more than we can at the moment.

Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport.
