Story
Oreo is a retired barn cat. He spent his younger days on the farm keeping the mice away. Now that he is older he enjoys sleeping the days away in a nice soft bed in the house. He prefers the company of female cats over males as he can become territorial. He very much enjoys human contact and loves to snuggle and seek affection. Do you have the perfect home for Oreo to retire to?

Story
Hi, I'm Sylvie! I was dumped outside, fending for myself, covered in 90+ ticks, eating bird food to survive. I sat outside a house I found, crying to come inside- luckily, it was Foster Mommy's house! My name is meaningful to my journey, it's French for "forest." I'm doing fantastic as an inside kitty! I LOVE snuggling in my kitty bed, making biscuits on my blankie, bird watching, chasing toys you throw me, and especially spending time grooming and wrestling my foster siblings. My ideal family will understand that I'm very shy with new humans because of my past experience, but with patience and treats, I'll eventually show you my belly! I need a home with another cat- one of my foster siblings is an option. I'm a really good girl that's litter trained, I use scratching posts, chirp and talk to you, and nuzzles your legs. One of my favorite activities: Foster Mommy throws my bedtime snacks across the room, and I sprint and pounce and enjoy my crunchies and time with my human friend; I'll nuzzle to ask for more. Wait until you feel how unbelievably silky, soft my fur is! Do you have room for me on your fuzzy blanket? If you'd like to see more of me, find me on Instagram @SmittenKittenLady

Story
If you have ever wanted a gray panther sleekly moving around your home, Trey is your cat. He's handsome, loyal, and very large. And he'll get bigger! Trapped when he was about 10 weeks old, he has been working very hard to trust humans for over 6 months. But don't be concerned! He is not aggressive; he's just scared and will hide until he is confident that he is safe around you. He was the last of a litter of three to be trapped, to learn to trust humans, and now to be available for adoption. He loves to be brushed, receive pets and head rubs, play with feather wands, and he even enjoys the tiny pestering kittens with whom he shares a foster home. He is great with other cats, has never met a dog, and loves kids who can keep calm around him. More often than not, he purrs after just seeing members of his foster family. He hates the cat carrier, isn't sure about being picked up, and we've never heard him meow. Trey would be great with a cat savvy individual or family who is willing to give him all the time he needs to build trust after yet another change. He would also benefit from a home with a friendly cat or little kitten who he can observe and learn from. Once he has your trust, he will likely be one of the most loyal and gentle pets you've ever had. He's a cat to remember! Trey is unlikely to show well at Petsmart due to his personality. We are open for home visits.

He loves giving kisses and putting his forehead to yours. He is a greeter and one of the first ones to greet people. Story
A Beautiful, Affectionate and Cuddly Sweetheart!!! Hi, my name is Momma, and I'm a three-year-old kitty with a heart as golden as my eyes. I embraced my role as a loving and attentive mama and poured all my love and care into raising my babies. Now that my kittens have found homes of their own, I find myself in search of a forever family. My true passion lies in showering affection on those around me. I'm an incredibly loving and affectionate cat, always ready to curl up in a warm lap. My golden eyes reflect the love and warmth I have to offer. My sleek, shiny black coat shows how healthy I am. Give me a lap and a few head and chin scratches (not too many at one time!) and I'm a very happy cat. If you have a lap ready to welcome a loving cat who just wants to be near you, I would make a wonderful companion. I would do best as an only cat in a calm household without small children.

Story
Blackie is a very social, affectionate young boyl, who loves to jump on your lap and purr. Contact: catchancerescue@gmail.com/ 610-324-4726 Hi my name is Blackie and I resemble a “miniature black panther”, I am intelligent, very loving black beauty with gorgeous eyes and a shiny, sleek black coat, who just wants to love, love, love you! I love to be hold, pet, lay on your lap and get lots of attention. If you think you can get any work done on your PC – well, I will lay next to you on your desk to keep you company but make sure to pay attention to me too and give me a head rub meanwhile. I am a cuddle and very affectionate with people. I am not very outgoing and interactive. My favorite thing in the world is to sleep in bed with humans right under arm and purr. I'm a loyal, loving companion and a very affectionate kitty and I love to roll over on my back to show my appreciation and love. I am very outgoing and interactive. As soon as you sit down I will jump on your lap purring. I am very smart kitty and if you call me I come right to you and follow you everywhere in the house. Did you know? Black cats have more baggage than your average feline. Seen as an enigma, a superstition, a symbol of luck – good or bad, depending on the tradition or belief, they are often misunderstood, or just plain looked over. Black cats have the lowest adoption rate. This is unfortunate, and not just for the cats- black cats make some of the best companions and people are really missing out! Although each and every cat has a unique personality, in general, I have noticed a few traits that really stand out in black cats. Here, in my humble experience is why: Beautiful: From brownish to bluish to every shade of black in between, black cats are beautiful in the way that one can only imagine onyx would be, if it were covered in fur. Loyal: No matter how many work trips or late nights, I am always greeted at the door. I am meowed to over the phone when away. Black cats are wonderful in being both friendly to all and dedicated to their person/people. Adaptable: While some cats struggle with change, black cats tend to quickly adapt to whatever circumstances they are dealt. Aware: Black cats seem to walk a line- they tend to be more calm and reserved than some other cats, yet they balance that by staying playful and active throughout their lives. They relish new toys, found objects, and are talented at entertaining themselves for hours (and napping for hours thereafter). The types of games they create and the ones they enjoy engaging in often involve others-people, cats, dogs, etc., and tend to be more complex, such as games of fetch and tag. Smart: In a final word, black cats are smart. They are savvy to things going on around them, and highly responsive and capable of handling change, throughout which, they remain calm, loving, energetic companions. Blackie is up-to-date on all shots: Distemper, Rabies. Tested negative for Felv/FIV. Spayed. Microchiped. Litter box trained. Contact 610-324-4726 or catchancerescue@gmail.com to learn more about this kitty.
