Story
This is Max! I’m not sure her age, but the vet estimates about 12. She came to us 3 years ago from a family friend and has been with us since. She is best as a single cat only house, because she really does not get along or like other cats or dogs. She is very sweet to humans and likes to cuddle but does not like other animals in her space. We are hoping to rehome her to someone who can give her her own space as we have 3 other pets in our house and she doesn’t seem to be adjusting well to that (even after 3 years). Free to a good home. On a separate note, she did have an ear hematoma in January of this year so her ear is permanently shriveled (in the last 2 pictures). Still just as cute.

Story
🐾 Hefty – The Gentle Giant with a Tender Heart Hefty is a big, sweet boy with a shy soul. He’s gentle and loving once he feels safe, but he needs a little time and patience to come out of his shell. He does wonderfully with other cats and would thrive in a quiet home. Due to his nervous nature, a home without dogs is best, and his status with small children is unknown. If you’re the kind of person who understands the beauty of earning a shy cat’s trust, Hefty will reward you with endless love.

Story
Wave has been with me since he was a tiny kitten. He is now 6 years old, and we have been through everything together college, moving to new cities, and finally coming back home to Virginia. He has been a loyal companion. When he was young, I adopted another kitten, and over the years Wave has shown that he really prefers to be the only pet in a home. He can become stressed and territorial around other cats, and despite years of trying different methods, it is clear that he is happiest when he has his person all to himself. He deserves a home where he doesnt have to feel overwhelmed or compete for attention. Wave loves attention, enjoys being nearby, and thrives when he can bond closely with his owner. He would do best with someone who can give him time, love, and a calm environment without other pets. Rehoming him is a very emotional decision, but I want him to be peaceful

Story
Lucky found us last July. He was ferel and patrolled our property for a month, I was able to trap him, he is neutered and vaccinated, and in great health. He now loves attention, and is a great little spirited cat. Vet estimates a year and a half old. We are selling our home and we cannot take him with us, my husband is allergic, and he needs to be an indoor kitty for at least a few months so he will not try and return to the property. Love him to pieces, needs a patient loving person.
