Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.I'm a year old now and still looking for a family. I don't know why it's taking so long because I'm a silly, playful, tolerant guy who likes to shadow my people. Sure, I can be shy at first but I'm too affectionate (and nosy) to keep my distance for long. While I may not be a lap cat, you will always know I'm around. I love being indoors only and I love other pets - especially other cats (haven't met one yet that I don't like). I have my favorite toys and I like to keep them in special places. I'm a bit of a foodie because I went without when I was younger but you can't blame a guy for that. I get 5 stars for my litter box habits and I promise to greet you at the door when you come home. I had a bad infection in my eyes when I was a kitten so I have some close-up vision issues but don't worry - I do just fine in any environment!  Please apply here: https://www.rocketrescue.org/forms/form?formid=5196Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 16, 2026, 7:34 pm

Story
Simba has been a wonderful companion for years and is affectionate, playful, and loving. After his family recently moved to a new home, he began experiencing anxiety related to the change in environment. His family has worked closely to help him adjust by adding additional litter boxes, changing his diet, using calming collars, pheromone diffusers, calming treats and supplements. These changes have helped, but he still has occasional accidents outside the litter box while adjusting to the new home.He has previously been diagnosed with feline herpesvirus (FHV-1), which is extremely common in cats. He is currently healthy and has not experienced flare-ups or symptoms. Because a new baby is arriving soon, his family feels he deserves a quieter environment where he can settle in and feel secure. He may do best with someone who has experience with shy or anxious cats, can provide a calm, predictable routine, is willing to continue working with stress reduction techniques and is patient.

A great cat with kids, we love her but we are moving to Arizona that would not be feasible for her to travel or live in AZ.

Story
Super kid friendly cat. He is 7 years old. He never had any accidents. He is sweet and very close to people. He is the one that will come and greet people instead of hiding under the bed. Our kid is very allergic to the cat. We have tried lots of things and this is the last one we would like to give it a try. Please contact me if you have any questions. Adoption fee is just to get serious adopter.

Story
Bayi is an incredibly affectionate and sweet cat who I rescued back in January from a neglectful situation (locked up in a room and only interacted with to be fed once daily). He loves to be held, scratched under the neck, and cuddling right up in your face. I think he would do well in a home with no other animals, specifically no cats, as he thrives being a solo pet. The negatives have been his behavioral issues. When bringing him home, I spent a month introducing him to my cats and keeping them separated. This only slightly bettered his aggressive, bullying behavior. While the aggression towards people was gone in days, you can tell he just cannot get along with other cats. Overall he is a "naughty", stereotypical cat. He loves to jump on things he shouldn't, knock everything over, and absolutely will seek out and tear open any bag that has food or treats in it. I'd love to keep him, but it's not worth stressing him and our cats out for. Fee is to make sure he goes to a good home.

Story
Max was adopted as a kitten. He has predominantly been an outdoor cat. That is where the problem stems. As part of a divorce, Max came with me but had to adapt to apartment life. After trying for over 2 years to find a way to give him what he needs to be happy, I can't afford to do it anymore. He is outrageously affectionate which makes this very difficult. He only wants to potty outside and won't adapt to a litter box. He will pee everywhere else indoors though. He really needs to be able to go outside to be happy
