Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Rocket Rescue has adult cats that are seeking a barn or shop situation. These cats are not very social with people and would prefer a “working cat” life with food and shelter. If you have a barn, shop - or even better a heated space for one or more strong, silent types, please let us know! We will help you set up an acclimation space and provide tips on barn cat care. We currently have males and females available. These cats deserve a safe space with support from caring people.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 23, 2024, 8:12 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.I'm just a big handsome dude looking for my forever home. I'm just two years old and a real sucker for pets and loving. Pet me in just the right spot and I'll even drool a bit. I was left behind and when my house sold the new owners couldn't keep me. I get it, they already had their own cats..but I'm hoping there's someone out there who is short a cat. I need to be indoor only since I tested positive for FIV but I have a long life ahead of me. Cats with FIV can live into their teens so don't let that put you off. You can read more about FIV here: https://resources.bestfriends.org/article/fiv-cats-feline-immunodeficiency-virus-faqs And you should apply for me here (please don't wait):  https://www.rocketrescue.org/forms/form?formid=5196Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 23, 2024, 8:12 pm

Story
1 year and 10 months old, Gryphone is an energetic, curious, and playful hunter. He can sit for hours at the window watching the birds, and will play for hours with interactive toys, his favorite being a retractable fishing pole with different lures, such as feathers, fabric worms, mice, and more. Gryphon plays hard and sleeps hard and will cuddle on your lap and sleep at your feet every night. He is very vocal and smart, and needs activity to keep him out of mischief, such as exploring kitchen cupboards or that sink with tasty dirty dishes in it. Important: He requires a perfectly clean commode which must be changed daily. When Gryphon is tired, he loves to sleep curled up next to you and will be sure to tell you how much he loves you when you wake up with a thorough bathing of your hands and face. He would do well with other playful young cats but not older cats with less energy.

Story
Loki is a character, very affectionate, and social with people. He does best as the only pet in the home with lots of attention. Being moody is a normal cat behavior, sure, so Loki is no exception lol. He’s smart and fast, has a lot to say, and purrs very readily. His favorite spots are in the sun, on your lap, or in his hiding places. Loki was adopted at 5 months old after having been in a car accident. This required surgery on his right hind leg and gives him arthritis occasionally with weather changes. He’s now 6 years old but has a lot of kitten like tendencies. An indoor only cat, Loki has snuck out more than once, only to come right back to the front door, wondering why it wasn’t just open for him. He’s a good boy who needs attention and cuddles, but will be very happy to give those back, too.
