Story
He is a very loving kind adopted dog , how was treaded bad . He was scared of everything, he came a long way and has almost all his confidence back , still scared about certain things, like vacuuming, hair blower and someone touches or pull on his legs , or cutting his toenails! But he is a Buddy, thats his name , he loves cuddling, walks , kids , other dogs , not so much cats or squirrels , likes dog treats or minding his own business and just sleeps ! He is house trained and even can walk without leash , he is 12 years and just needs someone how give him a couple peaceful more years! He was adopted when he was 4 years from a Shelter, due to divorce and financial situation , im looking for a loving home for him instead to surrender him in a Shelter where he was left once before from someone!

Story
Buddy MaleAmerican Staffordshire terrierDOB: 1/18/24Adoption Fee: $200Buddy is a Staffordshire Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! He's the very definition of friendly- he likes to say that there are no strangers, just people he hasn't had the pleasure of meeting yet! This boy absolutely adores everyone he meets and is always ready to make new friends, both human and four-legged. Buddy has lots of energy and loves playtime, but he's also a great walking partner with some fairly good leash manners. He'd thrive in a home that can keep up with his fun-loving personality and give him consistent training to help him be his best self. With his big smile, affectionate nature, and playful puppy spirit, Buddy would make a fantastic addition to a family with kids or other animals. Please read the animal bios completely before requesting additional information as we do our best to answer the most frequently ask questions in these bios. In order to adopt one of our animals an application must be submitted and approved. You can find these applications by going to http://humanemorgan.org/index.php?page=adoption ABOUT ADOPTING FROM THE HSMC: The shelter address is 1170 Fairground Rd. Madison, GA 30650. For more information on any of our pets, please feel free to email us at INFO@HUMANEMORGAN.ORG give us a call at 706-343-9977. All dogs are heartworm negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. All cats are FeLv/FIV negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. We are open 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday, we schedule our last adoption at 4pm everyday to allow our staff enough time to feed and walk dogs. We are an animal shelter and therefore are not able to individually potty train our residents. Many adult dogs do arrive “house broken” however due to animal behavior any change in environment will make an emotional impact on the animals and therefore initiate unwanted behaviors during the acclamation period. Please keep this in mind. Puppies do not have the biological maturity to maintain absolute bladder or bowel control and will require a certain degree of potty training and house breaking. Please consider the time and commitment it takes to provide the necessary building blocks for these special babies, prior to submitting your application. If you have any questions please email us at info@humanemorgan.org and provide name of the animal you are interested in, in the subject line. Thank you, HSMC Staff ADOPTION FEES Adoption Fees may change without notice. Story
Thor was born on February 21, 2022. I got him at 9 weeks from a local breeder. He's a big softy who thinks hes still a lap dog. He also has a litter mate Loki that needs a new home also. Thor likes napping, treats and dinner time. He knows basic commands, but can be stubborn at times. I love my Thor Thor and want him to have a happy and loving home. It's because of my work schedule and being on the road that makes this necessary. Thor is laid back and loves snuggles, he would be a great dog to adopt. There's no fee, just want him to go to a loving home.

Story
Loki was born on February 21, 2022. I got him at 9 weeks from a local breeder. He's quite mischievous hence his name. He also has a litter mate Thor that needs a new home also. Loki likes squeaky toys, balls, treats and dinner time. He knows basic commands and usually follows them. He can get excited sometimes and does the zoomies. I love my Lok Lok and want him to have a happy and loving home. It's because of my work schedule and being on the road that makes this necessary. Loki can be whinny and needy. at times. He loves attention, playing fetch. I think he would be great at an agility course since he likes to run. He would be a great dog to adopt. There's no fee I just want him to go to a good home.
