Name: Delinda Age: 1 year Weight: 50 pounds Color: brown/white Breed: Lab/Pittie mix Vaccines: up to date Altered: yes Heartworm Status: negative Energy Level: active House trained: yes Crate trained: yes Dog friendly: yes, likes to play chase (likes to be the one that is chased) Cat friendly: yes seems afraid of them Kid friendly: yes, very hyper so little ones may not be best Temperament: sweet, playful, friendly, very willing to please Adoption fee: 275 Notes: was in training for 3 weeks. This beautiful girl was due to euthanized 12 hours before we saved her due to space. She came from Texas which is overloaded with unwanted animals. Luckily she's no longer unwanted. Need a hype girl? Someone who you can't have a bad day around? One who will encourage you? Show you the joy in little things? Someone who will worship the ground you walk? If you said yes to any of these Delinda is for you! We learned some great stuff about this girl. -shes house broken. No chewing and doesn't need to be crated either. -loves lounging on the couch -did wonderful with all the other dogs she met. No longer greets other dogs inappropriately The things that need work -shes hyper. Always excited, she did improve greatly Jordan said. The jumping stopped and she did learn its okay to not always have to be amped up. -crate training...not vocal and goes in crate nicely but uses the bathroom despite if she's only crated temporarily or few a few hours. Thankfully if adopter doesn't have her crated she is house broken and doesn't get into things she shouldn't Her ideal home: An active family with a fenced yard. She likes adventures and shows potential of being a great sporting dog (agility, lure coursing, fly ball, etc) All and all shes a FABULOUS girl. One of my favorites. Delinda is adorable. Full of energy so would enjoy a family that is active. She likes everyone she meets. She walks nicely on a leash. Delinda was used as the dog tester in the shelter. She has done playtime with females and males with success. It takes a little bit for her to feel comfortable as when the dogs crowded her she would growl as she became nervous and uncomfortable. With slower introductions as she seems fearful of new dogs there should be no issues as she played chase with a young female shepherd and a hyper female hound. Delinda rides nicely in the car, she will curl up in the seat and enjoy the ride. Available for adoption anywhere in the US or Canada with transport provided

Unfortunately, I am having to rehome my sweet baby Zino. We are not able to keep him in our home and he has been staying with family for the past few months but will not be able to stay long term. He's super chill and loves kids. He loves to play with tugging toys and will sleep the day away if you let him.

Story
Wednesday was a rescue. She is a good dog but wary of strangers. After she gets to know you she is loyal for life. She is good with kids but needs to be supervised during the first few meetings and she needs to feel safe. She does take anxiety meds to go to the vet; they prescribe them before the visit at banfield. She loves to run but never figured out fetch. She does pull the leash when being walked. She doesn't like baths but will tolerate them while inching toward the exit sneakily. She loves treats, her favorites are peanut butter, whipped cream and tasty meat. I have another little dog and they are besties (4th photo) and would like to rehome them together if possible. The fee for them both would be $200. Thanks!

Story
Pinky is currently in foster and doing great! Her foster`s report she is house trained, crate trained, does well with the cat in the home and loves belly rubs. Here`s what else they have to say`I think one of my favorite things that Pinky does is smile when I get home from work, afterI`ve been gone all day (my boyfriend was home, or got home much earlier then I) and shegets super excited and starts smiling at me. I also love how I am never lonely at home. Shelikes to follow me literally everywhere, whether that`s cleaning, watching tv, or studying, sheis very curious with everything. Also if you stop giving her bellyrubs she will lay on her backand wiggle side to side until she gets more. She loves showing off her toys as well.`

Story
Spike is a purebred American boxer. He is territorial with food and bones, but he’s gotten better since I’ve adopted him. He’s pretty good with cats and dogs that are around his size. He is very affectionate and likes to be around his owner. He loves bones to death and enjoys walks. The SPCA informed me he has snapped at children and toddlers, he has behavioral issues and territorial issues. he needs someone who can be around him often and help him learn not to do that. I am away from home quite a bit and cannot properly train and give him attention. I need someone who is willing to adopt him and take care of him. Will need to transfer ownership through SPCA.
