Story
Nova is a sweet 6 month old pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. I got her as a young puppy, and since then she has grown into a playful, loving, and super smart girl. She loves her treats, knows how to give paw, and has the best time playing with her friends at dog daycare. Nova enjoys going on walks, exploring outside, and being around people who give her attention and affection. I am looking for a new home where she be loved, spoiled, and given plenty of time, patience, and play. If you looking for a fun, friendly, and energetic companion, Nova will make the perfect addition to your family.

Story
Hello, meet Montana. Montana is 18 months old and has been a constant part of my family since my son adopted him. Unfortunately, my son has to rehome Tana-Boo due to relocating to Colorado for a better job opportunity and cannot take Montana with him. Montana is crate and potty trained and up-to-date on all his vaccination He goes to the local groomer regularly and he is an overall healthy and happy doggie. My husband and I are not fully ready for the full-time responsibility of raising a pup and look to rehome him first to a loving home but will take him if placement is a suitable fit Please be mindful that Montana is not an aggressive pet but he has a lot of energy and likes to play rough, especially tug-o-war and loves cuddles and tummy rubs. Tana was due to start obedience training in August before my son got his new job, so if you are able to, I would suggest enrolling him in some form of training while he is still young and trainable. Please reach out if interested in Montana.

Story
Hi there! I’m Aubrey, a sweet and loyal girl who’s just waiting to find my person. I might be a little cautious when we first meet, but give me a moment — once I know you’re kind, I’ll light up with the biggest smile, wag my little nub like crazy, and run straight to you like we’ve been best friends forever.I adore my human friends and love being near them. Whether we’re curled up on the couch (my favorite!) or out in the yard playing, I just want to be part of your world. I’m house and crate trained — though I should mention, I’m a bit of a Houdini when it comes to crates. I’m smart like that!I do well with dogs my size after a proper intro, and I’d love a home where I can be both your snuggle buddy and your playmate. I’m the perfect mix of lazy day lounger and fun-time friend. If you’re looking for a clever, affectionate companion who will love you deeply and keep you smiling, come meet me. I think we could be a perfect match. My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday are walk in from 10-5. Please fill out the online application at www.pawmettolifeline.org

Story
I’m Arabella (Bella for short)—an energetic, affectionate, and incredibly loyal pup! My foster family has loved me since November 2023, and if it weren’t for their cats and my need to be the boss around small dogs, they would have kept me forever.I’d thrive best as the only pet in the home or with larger, easygoing dogs who can handle my playful energy. I’m a total cuddle bug and absolutely love attention—one of my favorite things is stretching across your lap while you rub my belly!I need plenty of chew toys, and my favorites are Nylabone, Benebone, and Lumabone. But no stuffed or plastic toys for me—I’ll tear them apart and try to eat them. I love running and chasing squirrels, so a big yard is a must! Since I also like to chase cars, cats, chickens, and ducks, I’d do best in a home with a securely fenced yard.I’m fully housetrained and love my crate—it’s my safe space. I’m also a car chaser, so I need careful supervision when outside. When meeting new people, I can be a mix of friendly, excited, and sometimes a little fearful at first, whether they’re men or women. I haven’t been around children yet, but because of my size and energy, I might not be the best fit for small kids or elderly folks.I get excited around other dogs—sometimes I’m friendly and playful, but other times I might bark or growl if I feel overwhelmed. I’m super enthusiastic at mealtime and take treats nicely, even when I’m excited. In the yard, I’m always playful and full of energy.I love toys, but I can be a bit possessive over them. I also tend to rip the stuffing out of plush toys, so it’s best to stick with durable chew options for me.If you’re looking for a fun, loving, and adventurous companion who will shower you with affection, I just might be your perfect match. Will you be my ‘forever lap’ for couch snuggles? I promise to love you forever! Adoption Fee: $50Arabella is part of our Home to Home Program. Hi! My name is Sweetie, and yep—I live up to it! I’m a friendly, affectionate girl who loves being around people, especially the school-age kiddos in my foster home. I’ve been told I have a gentle, loving spirit, and while I may get a little excited sometimes, I’m always eager to please.I’m crate trained (I actually love my crate—it’s my cozy spot!), and I’m fully housetrained too. I already know how to sit, and with a little attention and consistency, I’d love to learn even more tricks for treats. I`m easygoing around big dogs and curious about the world, though I haven’t met small dogs or other animals just yet.I haven’t had much leash experience, but I’m excited about everything, including time in the yard and mealtime—so get ready for tail wags and happy energy! I can be a bit of a runner if given the chance, so I’d do best in a home where I’m watched closely outdoors or have a secure yard.I’m a total lovebug and crave connection with my people. If you`re looking for a sweet, loyal girl who just wants to be your best friend, I might be the one!Adoption fee - $50Sweetie is part of our Home to Home Program. Story
Hi, I’m Keaton! I was adopted as a puppy, but sadly, several years later, I found myself back at Pawmetto Lifeline. My previous family didn’t quite understand what I needed as I grew bigger—they kept me outside all the time, and I didn’t get to meet many people or other dogs. Because of that, I can be nervous around strangers and reactive when behind barriers. But once I’m out in the open and get to know you, I’m the sweetest, goofiest, most loving dog you’ll ever meet. The staff here has been so kind, and they believe in me—and I’m starting to believe in myself, too. I’m looking for a calm, quiet home with someone who’s patient and experienced. I didn’t get training in my first home, but I’m eager to learn and bond with someone who’ll show me what love really means. If you can give me the time and space I need to open up, I promise I’ll reward you with endless affection, loyalty, and a one-of-a-kind personality. All I want is a forever family who’ll make me part of their lives—for good this time.My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Story
Hi, my name is Spot!I’m a one-of-a-kind pup here at Pawmetto Lifeline—and I’m looking for a very special person to share my heart with. You see, I’m deaf, which means I experience the world a little differently. Because of that, I need an experienced, patient adopter who understands the importance of structure, boundaries, and clear, consistent communication.I’m super food-motivated (seriously—treats are the way to my heart!), and I’ve got a goofy, loving side that shines when I’m comfortable. But I’ll be honest—I don’t warm up to strangers right away. I need a little time to get to know you and feel safe. Think of it like dating—we need a few visits before I’m ready to commit!I’d do best in a calm, adult-only home with no children and minimal chaos. Once I trust you, I’m incredibly loyal and affectionate. I’m just looking for someone who sees my potential and is willing to go slow with me.If you’re kind, experienced, and up for building a strong bond based on trust and love, I might just be the perfect pup for you. Could you be my person? If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Story
Hi, my name is Bambi, and I’ve been told I’m a strong little pup with a heart full of determination. I’ve been through a lot in my short life, but I don’t let it get me down—I love life too much!My front paws are a little different, and sometimes they buckle when I put weight on them. My back legs didn’t work at all when I was tiny, but now I’m building strength every day. Sometimes I can even stand tall on my back legs for a moment, and my foster mom cheers me on every time. The doctor says there are no limits to what I might accomplish—it’s all up to me!I don’t particularly enjoy my “bike pedaling” exercises (a puppy riding a bike—can you imagine?), but I do them because they help me grow stronger. In between workouts, I love tug-of-war, chewing on my ball, and being curious about the fluffy cats who live with me. I also adore kids and think they’re wonderful. At the end of the day, I like to snuggle close and drift off to sleep with my person nearby. I may move differently than other dogs, but I have the same love, joy, and spirit as any puppy—I just need someone special to believe in me.Could you be the one to cheer me on as I keep discovering all the amazing things I can do?I am a Priority Pet!Pawmetto Lifeline is offering FREE basic medical care for LIFE for Bambi-all included services listed below!Annual exam for life at Pawmetto LifelineCore Vaccines for life at Pawmetto LifelineFree annual HW test for life at Pawmetto LifelineCost of medications plus 10% (*doesn`t include HW/Flea prevention) from Pawmetto LifelineMy adoption fee of $100 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention.
