Bonnie is a total sweetheart. 💘 She came in with Clyde as strays at the shelter. We pulled them together. She needs a foster and is available for adoption. She is 2 years old, 45 pounds, quiet and sweet. She is very playful and loves to cuddle. She is good with other dogs 🐾 and people. We have not seen her with cats as of yet. We plan to cat test her. Story
Manny says, " I see you looking at me, and you’re right. I am handsome!" This super star boy ⭐️ is described as a drifter. He enjoys the company of other dogs and people, yet is equally okay to hang by himself. He can lounge all day or go on an adventure. It is all the same to him, as long as he has a human to call his own. Will you be Manny's human? Application available at www.wearezeus.org

Story
Hi, my name is Twyla! I am a very sweet and energetic girl! I am still very young and have a lot of spunk! I can be uncomfortable around strangers, so I may need a little time to warm up! I have made a lot of friends at Pawmetto Lifeline, and just need to meet new people slowly! I can be picky about my dog friends, so I also need to meet any other pups you have at home! I'm super smart! I know all basic commands! Children scare me easily, so I'd love to be in a home without any or with older kids who understand my boundaries. My adoption fee is $50 and I will also get a yearly exam and core vaccines for life.If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.

Story
Hello, my name is Aubrey! I love people very much, though I am cautious at first, but would love my own people to love and follow around. When I see my human friends at Pawmetto, even when I haven't seen them in a while, I smile the biggest smile, wag my tail uncontrollably and start running to the door to greet you. It might take a few times to meet me for me to fully open up, but I know the right family will do that for me. I get along with other dogs my size once introduced correctly. I am house and crate trained. I am extremely smart and my foster mom called me "Houdini" because I can get out of a locked crate! I am a couch potato if my human is sitting with me. But don't let me fool you, I love to run and play all of the other times! I will be a great companion dog for anyone. Please come and meet me to see if we are a match. My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?Our adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Tuesday through Saturday. Please complete an application online and you will be contacted if you are approved and a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.

Story
Duggie is a playful and energetic one year old Lab/Staffordshire terrier mix. He was found at a local church by his future foster parent. From the start, Duggie had a friendly disposition and easily came to his future foster parent without hesitation. Although a stray, he has learned to graze when it comes to eating and enjoys a variety of treats. Duggie gets along with children of all ages and although energetic, he has a very sweet temperament. He loves to cuddle but he is content to sit by your feet while you work. He would do well to have a canine companion of similar size to play with. He would definitely enjoy having one stay at home parent or one parent who works at home. He gets along well with cats. He is doing very well with his training and so far he is learning to sit, stay, come and various other commands. He walks well on a leash overall. He definitely needs a loving home that can provide him with plenty of play time and companionship. Duggie is part of our Home to Home Program. Although they are not a Pawmetto Lifeline dog, they have received the same high standards of care. Vaccinations and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee. Pawmetto Lifeline wants every animal to have a chance to find a loving home. Please fill out an adoption application at https://pawmettolifeline.org/adoption/adoptionapplication/ or contact adoption@pawmettolifeline.org if you would like to meet this animal.

Story
Hello! My name is Harry, and I am a 2-year-old Staffordshire terrier. I am full of energy, and I love to play. (Not so much with the furry cats, though, they will probably never be my best friend). To me, all people and dogs are just friends I haven't met yet. I am a very loving guy!I am crate trained (if you have a treat), and would do best being crated when you're gone, I get scared when alone. My ideal home would be with a young, active family with children. My dream is a day of playing, hiking, swimming and then home to the couch for snuggles.Do you have room in your home and your heart for this sweet, crazy, energetic, loving boy?Harry is part of our Home to Home Program. Although they are not a Pawmetto Lifeline dog, they have received the same high standards of care. Vaccinations and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee. Story
Hi I'm Hazel!I'm a polite and friendly staffordshire terrier mix. If you're looking for someone to love, I'm your girl! I could sit by you and get pets all day long. When I am inside, I am well behaved! I stay off of the furniture and I'm potty trained. I'll nudge you whenever it's time for a quick walk outside to go potty. Bonus- I'll even make sure to find all the sticks and pinecones in your yard for you.I rarely bark, but I can get really scared when nobody is around. I have some medicine to help, but being able to spend a lot of time with someone nearby would be best. I can nap while you work! The neighbor kids are pretty cool. They're in elementary school, and they really like to let me lick their hands through the fence. I'm curious about cats and smaller dogs, but I haven't really been around them enough to make up my mind yet. It's fun to chase the crickets in the yard, though. I don't jump much-only to lean on the top of the fence so I can get more pets. I'm looking forward to meeting my forever family. Do you think I could find a home with you?Hazel is part of our Home to Home Program. Although they are not a Pawmetto Lifeline dog, they have received the same high standards of care. Hi! My name is Rocky!I am a good dog looking for a home with someone interested in cuddling and committing to a 4-year-old, gentle giant for life! If you like zoomies, sunbathing, car rides with the windows open, and have kids, dogs, frogs or squirrels then I'm the pooch for you. A yard and fence is preferred but not a deal breaker. I love to play and sleeps well (preferably under the covers). Don't be alarmed by excited and bubbly response!I love children! I am a very good listener; I just need someone to work with me.Rocky is part of our Home to Home Program.
