This sweet boy is bursting with energy and would thrive in an active household that enjoys long walks. Friendly and affectionate, he loves to jump up for hugs and is super playful. Wyatt would do best as the only pet in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention! All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. This handsome boy was picked up running at large and based on Facebook posts it was about his third or fourth offense, but no one claimed him. We are guessing that he was a failure at being a livestock guardian because he’s way too social. He’s always wanting to visit someone new. Charlie is a little over a year old and weighs 110 lbs. He was very thin when he first came to us but is now at his perfect weight. He is neutered, up to date on required vaccines, microchipped and heartworm tested negative. He’s house trained and he loves other dogs, but he is a big guy. He also will require a tall fence, and you will have to keep an eye on him because again he likes to visit new people. He’s affectionate and likes to lean on you. He is learning commands like sit and stay and he really tries to please! This is what his foster mom says about him " Charlie is amazing. He is housebroken, loves to be hugged, hasn’t chewed anything up, likes to play but is content just to chill. He walks beautifully on a leash and likes to say hi to everyone he meets. Charlie enjoys sitting and looking out the window, hanging around in the kitchen especially when I’m cooking and going for car rides. Although this breed is known for having a stubborn streak, Charlie seems to understand a few commands wait, it’s ok, no, come, let’s go and he will even sit for a treat. Marley gets along great with other dogs and has discovered she loves toys and chasing leaves. She loves to play hard for short periods and plop down for a nap wherever she finds a spot. She definitely loves her people time and cuddling. Marley will grow into a very large dog. This breed mix is considered very intelligent and loyal. They like to roam so should have a home with a fenced yard and plenty of stimulation for their active minds and bodies. Marley loves to play and explore the outdoors. She takes her job as security guard seriously and most often can be found in the fenced yard just keeping watch over everything. When she takes a break from her patrol, she fancies herself a lap dog.
