Story
A dapper fella with a charming half-tail, Tucker is a chill guy with a live-and-let-live attitude. He bonds tightly to his person once they've shown themselves worthy. A safe and quiet life is at the top of this boy's want list. Then he can really open up and show his fun side, which includes an adorable play bow! He likes playing with female dogs but is a grump with other males.  ~  Est DOB:  Aug 2011 ~  Est weight:  50#  ~  Adoption details/application:  calhouncountyhs.blogspot.com/p/adopt.htmlMay 23, 2024, 2:47 pm

Story
Andre has never met a stranger, and he met many people after being abandoned at an apartment complex. Everyone loved him, but nobody could keep him - so we are helping him continue his search for a true family. Andre's best home is pretty much any home, as he loves all people and knows his basic commands already! He is fun loving but also loves lap time and some good cuddles in front of the tv. He enjoys other dogs and can match well with a dog companion who understands his vocal play style.   ~ Est DOB: Nov 2021~ Intake weight: 48# ~ Adoption details/application: calhouncountyhs.blogspot.com/p/adopt.htmlMay 23, 2024, 2:47 pm

Story
This special little girl is Harper. She came to us as a young momma of 2 beautiful pups! Since then, her pups have grown and gotten adopted. Now Harper says it’s her turn for her new family! She is a young cattle dog mix with the sweetest personality. She is very treat motivated and loves to play with her person. She doesn’t really care for toys though.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. If you are interested in any of the FFOSK9 pups,  the first step is to fill out an application at  http://www.ffosk9resq.org/info/adoption . Blossom is daughter to Penny who was 1 of 9 puppies born under horrible conditions. Because of that her siblings all died from parasites that ravished their already weakened immune system. Thankfully Blossom survived and is a thriving, happy highly active little pup and would make anyone proud She is very smart and loves her people. She is great with other dogs, kids and cats. Currently she weighs 16 pounds and is growing bigger every day! She is current on her vaccines and started on monthly preventatives for fleas, ticks, parasites and heartworms. To apply to adopt please visit our website at www.ffosk9resq.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes.  We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3  organization.  We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets. We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets.  All pets are completely vetted, up to date on all vaccines, and given rabies certificates.   May 25, 2024, 10:57 am
