Story
Andrew was adopted at Petsmart when shelter was taking dogs to find home because his time for euthanasia was coming. I adopted him at. Pet smart and placed him in a wonderful foster home. Foster father was in good health and was thrilled to have Andrew. Later sadly foster father became seriously ill and is now heartbroken that he cannot keep Andrew. I am looking for another foster family or rescue that can take Andrew or another foster until I can rehome him. Andrew is a xxxx@xxxx.x kind of a couch potatoe and human bed potatoe. I am helping foster dad take care of Andrew so at this moment Andrew is safe and secure but will need a new home shortly. Maybe a month or so.

Was rescued from county shelter. New pet parent has sudden health decline. Very serious. New pet parent is attached dog as well very loyal to him. If returned to county shelter euthanasia may be imminent due to over crowding. Andrew has been getting leashed trained. He is doing very well. Really enjoys going for walks. 3 days a week for 30 minutes..poops him out..

Meet Porsche – Smart, Social, and Ready to Go! Porsche is a young adult Red Heeler mix who brings together the best of her breed—intelligence, loyalty, and a friendly, people-loving personality. Porsche does great meeting new people and has been around kids. One of her shining moments at the shelter was during a visit from a middle school group of about 30 students. After returning from her walk, she calmly greeted each excited student with a wagging tail, happily accepting pets and even offering polite sits for treats. She stayed relaxed, social, and engaged the entire time—showing just how well she handles busy environments and lots of attention. With her familiar people, Porsche is affectionate and enjoys being part of the action. She appears to be housetrained, walks nicely on leash, and already knows basic commands. Like many Heelers, she is smart and eager to learn, making her a great partner for continued training, activities, or adventures. If you’re looking for a friendly, well-mannered, and people-oriented companion who can keep up with an active lifestyle and still enjoy quality time with the family, Porsche might be your perfect match. 🐾
