Energy Level: Medium-high. He plays hard and loves being outside. He loves rolling around in the grass and chewing sticks. Inside he gets zoomies and tears around with his brother. After playing, he will lay in the dog bed and chew on his toys. When he’s ready for a nap, he wants to climb up on the couch with you. Need a fenced yard: No Dog Friendly: Yes, he loves other dogs. While it’s not required, he would love to be with another dog. He is being fostered with his brother and they are always together. He also has 2 foster doggy brothers that he loves. Cat Friendly: Yes. He plays with my cats like they are another puppy. My cats are very dog savvy and will let him know when they’ve had enough. Kid Friendly: He hasn’t been around kids but he’s a puppy. He would be fine as long as supervised. He has very sharp needle teeth! Special traits: Colonel Mustard is a sweet, inquisitive puppy. He loves to be outside and explore everything. He’s an active boy that will make a great pet for an active family. He’s not going to be a couch potato until his energy is run out!! Good in the car: We haven’t been on any car rides yet. Good on a leash: working on it! But she does fairly well for a little puppy! Energy Level: Medium-high. She loves running around outside playing with my resident dog. She’ll play hard inside too then crashes for a nap. Need a fenced yard: No, but she should be kept on a leash if no fence. She’s a puppy and can get away from you quick! Dog Friendly: Yes, she loves other dogs. While it’s not required, she would love to be with another dog. She is being fostered with multiple dogs and does not like to be alone. Cat Friendly: Yes. She will bark at the cats like she wants to play with them but will not chase them. Kid Friendly: She hasn’t been around small kids, just teenagers… but she’s a puppy…She loves everyone! She would be fine as long as supervised with younger children because she’s so small. She also has sharp puppy teeth! Special traits: Professor Plum is such a sweetheart and likes to be with her people. She will give you lots of puppy kisses and likes to be held sometimes. She absolutely loves to be outside and play or take a nap while everyone is outside enjoying the weather. She likes playing with her toys and loves a comfy dog bed. Story
Name: Mrs. Peacock Breed: Aussie cattle dog mix Sex: female  Age: 10 weeks Weight: 6lbs. She will likely be a medium size dog.  Medical Needs: She is scheduled to be spayed on 5/21 at Brandywine SPCA in Georgetown, DE. Adopters must keep her appointment as a condition of adoption. It is the adopters responsibility to bring her to the appointment. Adopters must either live in DE or within 1 hour of where the appointment will be scheduled. Housebroken: not yet! She is doing great but still has accidents if ya arent paying attention to time. She is a puppy and needs frequent potty breaks.  Crate Trained:  We are working on this. She is not a fan. She would rather be sleeping on your lap then in the crate, but at night she goes in and hollers a bit. Then she settles down for the night.  Good in the car: yep, as long as she's in someone's lap.  Good on a leash: yes! She does great on a leash.  Energy Level:  puppy! She plays hard and then sleeps hard. Rinse and repeat, all day long.  Need a fenced yard: No, but would be helpful. If no fence, she will need walks to help her get out her energy.  Dog Friendly: Yes, she loves my other pups. She plays well even with the big dogs. She is fearless.  Cat Friendly: unsure, but she is a puppy, so probably fine.  Kid Friendly:  yes. She is fine with kids of all ages.  Special traits:  Mrs. Peacock, aka Peanut, as we call her, is such a sweet girl. She loves to play and follow me around the house. Where I go, she goes. She is absolutely curious about everything!! She is the best snuggler ever. She will make any family fall for sweet face.  Fosters Location: Milton,  DE Application can be found here: [https://www.grrde.org/adopton-application](https://www.grrde.org/adopton-application) (if you already have an approved application on file email [GrassrootsED@gmail.com](mailto:GrassrootsED@gmail.com) and ask the app team to pull your application ##2008487##
