Piper is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian.Piper is a great girl. She’s LOVES to cuddle and sleep in between your legs. She’s very anxious around new people men especially. She does great with our 2 other other dogs we have both a male and female. She does okay with cats we have an outside cat that she doesn’t really mess with however I’m not sure how she’d do with an inside cat. She does not do well with children at all which is why we need to rehome her. A meet and greet would be much appreciated to make sure she’s a good fit for you and your family. If you would like to inquire into adopting this pet, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT (812) 821-4480***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***

Story
Tonka is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Tonka has been an indoor/outdoor pet. She loves to be outside most of the day, especially when it's a little cooler, and she like to come in at night. She likes to jump, climb, and dig! She has some patience for small children and other pets. She has previously asserted herself as the dominant with other dogs. She likes to heard things, cats ans chickens included. But has no idea what to do with them after she rounds them up. She's half beagle as well. Which is where her color comes from. She's about 8 years old and loves to lick, play fetch, and run! Does well on a leash when we have used them. If you are interested in Tonka please text or call: 317-753-2878. ***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***

Leo is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian.Meet Leo! A 4-year-old male Blue Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog) with a feisty personality. Leo loves the outdoors (hiking, swimming, the dog park) and playing with other dogs. He is not super affectionate, with cat-like qualities, and his natural instinct is to herd, since he is a working dog. He would do best in a home with other dogs and no children. He is curious about cats, but we aren't sure how he would do. Overall, he is a good boy, but has some anxiety and takes a while to warm up to strangers. Looking for his forever home, and ideally an owner who has experience with Heelers! If you would like to inquire into adopting this pet, PLEASE CALL 812-369-9621 or EMAIL allisonprieboy@gmail.com***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***

Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian.Max can live in any home, from apartments to houses, but he would likely do better in a house with a yard. He is friendly to strangers, and he is good with cats. He is not good with dogs, however. I believe that he has successfully been fostered in a home with children before. Max has skin problems and requires Apoquel daily and a simple diet.If you would like to inquire into adopting this pet, PLEASE TEXT 574-329-2302***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***

Story
Tony Stark was found wandering a street and a kind member of the community helped him find his way to the shelter. Tony is now ready for adoption! He is a super smart guy and seems to have learned his basic commands already. He can do sit, a speedy down, and offer his paw. He LOVES snacks and is eager to eat whenever food is offered. And Tony's most special skill...is his smile! Whenever the camera comes out, Tony gives us a crooked grin! He's ready to ham it up for his forever people. Tony is dog selective (he can get a little overwhelmed by rambunctious dogs) and interested in cats, but could likely succeed with supervision.

Rusty is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian.Rusty is a high energy dog, weighing in at 38 pounds. He is short haired, so shedding isn't too bad. He loves long walks and runs. When you first meet him, he is very timid. But once you have a chance to bond, he is a great pleasure to have around. Rusty will chase any animal outside but, in the house, he leaves my dogs and cat alone. My main reason for placing him is that he is chasing the cattle. Rusty has had a complete physical with vaccination and heart worm test on 1/1/2024.If you would like to inquire into adopting this pet, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT 812-276-7444***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***
