Story
Cyprus is a 2yo male cattle dog that I pulled from a high kill shelter in SoCal. He has been with me for 2 months now and has been neutered and shots updated. He is a very sweet and loving boy who LOVES to play! A sturdy female playmate is preferred, as Cyprus can be male selective. Cattle dog experience is also preferred, as he is a working breed and will not be content left to his own devices. Daily walks and games of fetch, as well as quality time with his people are a must. Cyprus has not been tested with cats, but his breed is known for high prey drive, so I would not recommend a home with small animals. He has also not been tested with small children. Due to his strength and playful nature, older children would be better suited. He is VERY smart and very trainable. I think he would be a wonderful sporting dog and would excel at agility or possibly dock diving. Cyprus also has a great off switch and loves to snuggle. He is great on the bed or in a crate for bedtime.

Birdie is a young gorgeous cattle dog whose owners had to surrender due to allergies. She is fostered with one of our volunteers who is also a dog trainer, and is learning good tricks and manners. She gets along with dogs, cats, and humans of all ages and would do well in any home that understands the needs and requirements of a cattle dog. She is a very sweet and smart girl! Story
Tilly was spayed today and she is now ready for adoption!! Tilly is still young herself, only a year old. She is a loyal, sweet dog. She doesn't like to be left alone, and she is such a great mama to her babies. Ideally, it would be great to see her go to a home with one of her pups, or a home with other dogs. When we first picked up Tilly, she was petrified. We coaxed her into our car in a snowstorm, and sat with her for about 15 minutes before she would take a single step. She has come SO FAR in the last 11 weeks. She is learning how to be a dog in her foster home, and LOVES stuffed toys. She is a sweet and sensitive soul, and her ideal home is one with a lot of positive reinforcement. She needs some work with leash walking, so a fenced in yard would be ideal. Tilly is 42 lbs, spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, on heartworm prevention, and microchipped

Story
Ozzie is an amazing dog. Our family dynamic is getting ready to be very chaotic this next year and we want to make sure Ozzie is in a family that can continue to love and take care of him. Our family will be separated for the next year and current living conditions are unknown. With all that being said, we think it would be best if Ozzie is with another family.
