Story
We are trying to find a new home for our blue heeler, Maggie. She is a great dog, but is very skittish and prone to nipping at people when they make sudden movements. No actual bites, but as we've discovered about the breed, they like to nip when stimulated. When there is nothing exciting going on she is incredibly affectionate, cuddly, with no food aggression or any animosity to myself, my wife, or our geriatric shih tzu. When she sees neighbor dogs she will bark like crazy, but she's never aggressive at family. This hasn't been an issue until now, as my wife and I are expecting a baby over the summer. From what we've looked up about blue heelers / cattle dogs, they aren't known to be great with newborns. She would do well with a family without other dogs, or with dogs who are passive / submissive. She would like fight for dominance with another alpha. Her favorite activity is flopping onto your lap and pawing at you for belly rubs. She doesn't know how to play, but she does try.

Story
Did you say you were going to take me for a walk? Hi my name is Bandit I am a happy go lucky boy looking for the right home for me. I love to be outside and I also love to go on walks if you can't tell. Other things I like to enjoy is snuggeling up inbetween your feet and taking a nice long nap, I am the perfect foot warmer. I really like treats as well, I prefer the softer treats than the hard treats but my all time favorite treat is peanut butter. One last thing you should know about me is that I am ready to come home with you today.
