Story
* My adoption fee will be waived Feb 13-15 * Jade is a charming older gal who is looking for that special someone to be the center of her world. Jade is a busy lady who would thrive in a quiet environment with a consistent routine and a family who is ready to make adjustments as she continues to settle in. Jade can be a tad worried when meeting new people, but once she warms up, she is falling into your lap wanting endless pets. She is a dog with some medical needs and requires a close relationship with a vet. Jade says no thanks to living with dogs and maybe to living with quiet tweens or teens. If you think Jade sounds like the companion you&#8217:ve been waiting for, come in to start the matchmaking conversation!

Story
WEIRD LITTLE DUDE THAT GIVES THE BEST SNUGGLES. Just one of the quotes from his foster mom. Had a hard start in life after being born in a van with 9 other heelers--he needed a little help with his manners. He has successfully graduated from a board and train program with a trainer that is a cattle dog mom herself so knows what they need to thrive and be their best. 3 more training sessions are included with his adoption fee so that his furever family can be off to a great start. LOOK AT HIS TEEFS. Oh. My. Goodness. COUNT VON COUNT. You are a silly silly boi. 6 months old. Heeler mix. 51 pounds. Neutered. He has a personality as big as his ears---which as you can see are pretty big. He does gravitate towards men. There are so many things he is good at, let's start there. >CRATE TRAINED >LEASH WALKING >POTTY TRAINED >SNUGGLING >CORN COBBING HIS FOSTER DADS BEARD >PLAYING WITH HIS DOGGIE FOSTER SISTER AND HIS 10 YEAR OLD HUMAN FOSTER BROTHER Now, let's face it, not everyone is perfect, so a few things he's still working on being good at (and this list is much shorter than the things he's good at) >NOT PROTECTING HIS TOYS AND FOOD >NOT STEALING UNATTENDED BREAKFAST SANDWICHES AND SOCKS >KNOWING WHEN IT MIGHT NOT BE TIME FOR HIS EXUBERANT PLAY STYLE >KNOWING HIS DOESN'T NEED TO HERD EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE Count's perfect adopter would be a family willing to work with him and give him grace to keep learning. They would be an experienced confident dog owner. Other dogs and older kids would be considered. Even better if you have knowledge of heelers. They will be rewarded with an adventure buddy who also loves to snuggle. And if you have a beard to nibble WHOA he would be so happy. Contact us for more info. In local foster, meet can be arranged with approved app www.sunnypawsrescue.org

Story
Hi, I’m Cottontail, a 4–5 month old boy with a big personality and an even bigger zest for life. I was born on the Navajo Nation and made my way East in search of my forever family. My vibe? Somewhere between brilliant working dog and tiny whirlwind of joy. If someone crossed a puppy with an otter and a monkey… you’d get me. I’m bold, fearless, endlessly curious, and always ready for my next adventure. The good news? I also come with an excellent “off switch” and proudly hold the title of best sleeper. ideal home: ✔ Active, engaged humans ✔ Experienced dog owners preferred ✔ House with a yard strongly recommended ✔ Best with older kids (8+) ✔ Someone who enjoys training, enrichment, and adventure Not Ideal For: Apartments, sedentary homes, or first-time dog owners without working-breed experience. Cottontail isn’t just a puppy — he’s a future best friend for someone who appreciates a bright, energetic, and delightfully mischievous companion. Adoption fee is refunded when neutered.

SPECIAL GUY LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL HOME. BRISTOLS ADOPTION DID NOT GO AS PLANNED AND HE IS LOOKING FOR A QUIET, LOVING HOME TO HELP HIM BLOSSOM. Bristol is a dapper 7 month old mixed breed pup 25 lb pup looking for the right home to support his transition to manhood. Heeler/Chi mix. He is cute, cuddly, knows sit, is great on a leash, potty trained. Bristol is looking for a home that will support him to work on his confidence and give solid, consistent training for better manners to reduce puppy mouthiness and comfort with his crate. He does well with other dogs--as a matter of fact, being in a home with another confident, well trained dog would be great for him. He does have separation anxiety and can be a bit noisy if he feels scared or alone. He is attending a regular day training program and is a great student!!!! Story
Hi, my name is Flopsy, and I’m a 4–5 month old female with a big heart and an even bigger cuddle game. I was born on the Navajo Nation and have traveled east in hopes of finding my forever family. Personality I’m the smartest of the three (don’t tell my siblings). I love other dogs and get along great with cats too. I can be a little timid when meeting new people, but once I know you, I’m incredibly loving and loyal. Things I Love • Stealing morning kisses from every adult dog in the house (there were nine—yes, I kissed them all) • Hoarding chew toys like a tiny dragon guarding treasure 🐉 • My cozy bed • Playing ball • Curling up in an adult dog’s tail • Wet-wipe “baths” (they’re spa days, really) • Sneaking the treat my brothers are too busy fighting over • Car rides—especially when the big dogs can’t escape my cuddles Things I’m Not So Sure About • Stranger danger • Real baths • Loud noises • Crowds of people—I’ll politely demand to be held.
