Story
Cuddles is a Red Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog) born July 31 2018. She was acquired by a breeder, and the breeder information can be provided during adoption. She had initial vaccines in 2018 and follow ups in 2019. Cuddles is trained with both hand signals and verbal commands to sit, lay down and rollover. She does get excited, so treats are great for helping her focus but not necessary. Someone with further time and patience could train her to do more easily. She has been trained to not nip at ankles like many ACD dogs do (to herd). Cuddles did get into a nest of yellow jackets a few years ago and was stung on her backside. She has some bare patches on her back hind area and hind legs. Some hair is growing back, but she has a behavioral issue with licking these areas. We have tried medicines, sprays, head cone but success has been limited in curbing her from licking and fully healing. We hope to find a family that can give her the love and care she deserves.

Story
Meet Denali! I got him 3 years ago. Denali came with me through my first house purchase and move, and he was a peach the whole time. He is house trained and knows some basic commands. He isn't the most cuddly (sometimes he just prefers to lay on the couch alone), and he could for sure take burning some more energy throughout the day. Me alone and my small yard only provides so much. Recently, two additional dogs were placed on to me. After multiple intro attempts and MONTHS of keeping my house entirely split, he is unable to get to the point where having a multi-dog house is possible. He NEEDS to be an only pet, he has never been around kids. Admittedly, he needs caught up on shots as his behavior (and cost of mobile vets) has made it very difficult for me to manage. Unfortunately with the other two dogs not being able to find homes from my temporary care, it must be him to find somewhere better. Ideally a single adult/couple with reactive/dog-aggressive experience.

Story
Parker is a Male Aussie/Terrier mix DOB: June of 2025 Adoption fee: $200 We are playful pups. We are building confidence each week with increasing one-on-one time with helpful volunteers. Parker is a lovely boy who loves people. Paige might be a little shyer at first, but once she is comfortable in her environment, she is a typical rambunctious pup. Payton is a pistol who has a mind of his own but is very affiliative. Paxton is the voice of the group and has a knack for dramatic scenes. All are very smart and quick learners. These pups would truly be best with a physically fenced-in yard. It may be required. They are not fit for apartment life. Pending a meet and greet, we may do well with another dog, and children 8 years or older (possibly younger pending previous experience). We have not been around cats, with a slow positive introduction and a little obedience training, we should be fine with a dog-savvy cat. These pups will make a great companion for the right situation. We should be medium-sized when fully grown.

Story
Wheeler Wheeler is a male Malinois/Aussie mix DOB: June 11th, 2025 Adoption fee: $200 I am a very energetic boy. I have a big voice, and I am not afraid to use it. I love to run and play with my siblings and toys. I enjoy attention, and I will seek it out! I am a very smart puppy ready to learn! I will need training. I am a sweet and loving boy; I even have a goofy side to me! I can be quite bossy at times. I will take work; I will need a lot of play time to get out my energy, I would love a job to do, and a lot of good stimulation and incentives! I will require someone with experience and knowledge of large dogs and herding breeds. I will require a fully fenced yard. I am not fit for an apartment. I should match with another dog pending a meet and greet. I have not been tested with cats at this time. I would do best with older children who respect my boundaries. I will require obedience training. I am already a big puppy, and I am sure to keep growing! I am a great boy! I know I will really enjoy going for walks, hikes, and anything active to get my energy out! I would make a great companion for the right people!

Winslow Winslow is a male Malinois/Aussie mix DOB: June 11th, 2025 Adoption fee: $200 I am a very reserved and sweet boy. I have a lot of energy and really enjoy playing with my siblings and toys! I can be unsure and aloof in new situations with unfamiliar people and locations. It will take me time to get comfortable enough to show my sweet and loving side. I enjoy attention on my own terms. I can be very goofy and playful. I am still working on my confidence and will need some who is willing to work with me on positive introductions to new things. I will need training, but I am eager to learn! I will require someone with experience and knowledge of large breed dogs and herding breeds. I will require a fully fenced yard. I am not fit for an apartment. I may do my best in a home with another dog looking for a friend and playmate. I have not been tested with cats at this time. I am recommended with children 12+. I will require obedience training. I am a big puppy, and I am sure to keep growing! I am a good boy! I know I will really enjoy going for walks, hikes, and anything active to get my energy out! I will make a great companion for the right people!
