HI, I'm Maise! Unfortunetly, this isn't my first go around here at PCHS. The first time I was here I was a puppy so it was more fun. This kennel life is just not for me. I've got a heart full of love and a mind as sharp as a tack. I'm the loyal companion you've been searching for, a friend who'll stick by your side through thick and thin. I'm a bit particular about my company, though. I prefer the quiet and calm that comes with adults. Little ones and other pets are a no-go for me. I promise, though, I've got enough love to make up for it. I'm smart, too. I learn quickly and love to show off my new tricks. I'm friendly and sweet, always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and a happy bark. I'm just looking for a home where I can be your one and only. Will you be my forever friend? I'd prefer to be in a home without children, but if I do, the children need to be 10+ years old. I'm super sweet and just want to be your good girl! I love attention and getting my belly rubbed. I would love nothing more than snuggling on the couch and cuddling with you.  I need a fenced yard so I have tons of room to run and play. I do great with baths, going for rides in the car, and I walk great on a leash. I am also potty-trained! I'm looking for a forever friend who can help me with training and teaching me the right things.  I'm just looking for my second chance, as I didn't really get a first one :( Would you be my saving grace? Hi, I'm Nyx! I am a member of the N squad. I am now 11 months old and looking for my forever home. I am currently in foster in a house with lots of dogs, cats, and farm animals. I have been the best boy since going to this foster home. I use the bell to let my people know when I need to potty, and I love the dog door. I am working on my recall and do really well with my foster mom(she is a doggie drill sergeant). I am getting along well with all of the animals and I love to run and play with my foster sister, the Tasmanian Devil. I am brushing up on my leash manners and foster mom says I am making great progress. My energy will match your energy. I am happy to play and be wild, and just as happy sitting with my head in your lap. I'm fluffy, so I do shed, but I loved to be brushed. For potential adopters in those areas, we can do a virtual visit using FaceTime or another app. Just request an appointment using the same link, but note that you want the visit to be virtual and we will call you at the time of the visit once it is confirmed. For long distance transports, there is an additional $100 fee to cover the cost of the transport ($65) and a health certificate from a veterinarian ($35). Going that last mile home for our sweet pets! All of our pets are neutered or spayed, have vaccinations appropriate for their age, treated with flea/tick/heartworm prevention, dewormed and dogs are also microchipped. ##2008817##
