* Contact this dog's foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102 .*Adopter can receive a 1-hour free training session from Let's Get Pawsitive LLC .Darling Adina came from a life being tied 24/7 with nothing more than a barrel for protection and she was prego. She has a tendency to become protective of her person if not introduced immediately to individuals coming into the house so she feels all is safe so best for her to have an adult home or older children only along with a fenced yard because she can get spooked if having to rely on being walked on a leash to go potty. She is an absolute love bug, loves to play with other dogs and will do best with a doggie playmate, is good with cats, and just wants a warm comfy sofa to snuggle on while she enjoys the company of her family. Her estimated DOB is Jun 2019 and is 30 lb. Don't know her breed mix; her mama was a brown brindle boxer mix, goes on point when walking, and but mostly resembles and acts like a cattle dog when playing and herding the other dogs. Contact this animals foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102. The adoption donation of $150.00 covers spay / neuter, vaccinations, microchip with lifetime registration, deworming, negative heartworm test, and current monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Story
This handsome guy is Walker. Walker was found alone on Hwy 133. When brought to the shelter, he was scared and terrified of every noise and movement. Walker has now come out of his shell and loves to be by your side. He is good with other dogs, doesn't mind cats and does well with all ages of people. Walker is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, flea and tick treated, dewormed, and heartworm tested.

Story
** Contact his foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102 .* Contact thes dog's foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102 .*Trixie Trucker was living between the interstate and the on-ramp for at least a month. After noticing her laying rolled up in a little ball on the hillside, a kind lady put out food every day, not sure if it was Trucker actually eating the food. Trucker who is now known as Trixie Trucker was so scared that every time a vehicle stopped she would run and hide. But once trapped, she realized she was safe again and has been is very sweet and loves to play with the dogs and be snuggled. There are no cats in her foster house but she was introduced to a couple semi feral cats outside and she actually tries to avoid them as if she's scared of them so presumed she would be just fine with cats. She can be a bit timid of new people, but with treats and reassurance she warms up quickly. She is house trained with full-time access to the doggie door. She was limping pretty bad on her back right leg and has some scars on her other back leg. Xrays show her hip bone is out of the socket and her knee is also injured. It is presumed she was hit by a car. Sometimes she seems stiff when she first gets up and some days after playing pretty hard she seems to favor it, but it does not seem to be causing her pain and at this point it's just a 50/50 whether or not to do surgery because she plays and runs and jumps with no pain and a surgery may actually cause her more issue. Pretty sure she is Australian Cattle Dog mix, not sure of the mix. She has beagle colors, has some wrinkles on her forehead so maybe a smidge of Shar-Pei, she's very bouncy so maybe some Staffordshire Terrier, could possibly be some Lab?? Contact this dog's foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102 for an application. The adoption donation of $175 covers spay / neuter, vaccinations, microchip, deworming, negative heartworm test, and current monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention.

Story
Alta is appx 1-2 yrs old, and about 45 lbs. She is an outgoing, active girl. Alta uses a doggy door and has done really well with that. She is not fond of other female dogs, but with slow introductions has done fine with large males. She must have a fenced yard, so that she can be safe and follow smells without getting into trouble. Alta has adorable big ears and she is so happy her tail wags in a big circle! Best in a home with a large passive male dog, no cats of small animals For more information email: ozarksummer@yahoo.comApril 21, 2024, 12:08 am
