Kaede would be a perfect addition to a home with older children. He is quiet (no barking), responsive, and really just wants to please his human. He is house trained and trained to stay off of furniture. He is great with other dogs. He is a velcro dog inside but likes to stretch his legs when we go outside. He has been around livestock (horses and cows), and he doesn`t lose his mind like some other heelers, so he would make a pretty good addition to a farm. He is timid around people he doesn`t know, but once he warms up he is very loving.

This guy is everything you want in a Texan dog ????Cowboy (A102920) is a very well behaved and an even tempered dog who can never receive enough attention! Cowboy loves to cuddle up and watch his favorite football team on Sunday’s. When Cowboy gets the zoomies, he brings out his inner MJ and starts hopping. He loves to show he’s excited by hopping straight up in the air. He also enjoys going on long walks and will make sure not to pull after he gets his initial excitement out! He can be a little shy and scared of new interactions at first, but once you give him a treat and pets, he will love you forever! All in all, he’s an amazing dog, he is great at meeting other dogs, but too many dogs in a small area tend to make him a little upset. He loves fluffy dog beds to sleep on. He needs a back yard so he can run around and play. He’s a very happy dog and smart. He’s great with kids that are the age of 6 or older mainly but he’s been around a 2 year old. He knows how to sit and likes to lay with his owner. He’s cat friendly, he’s shy at first but will warm up. He has manners and respect.

He also knows how to sit on command. Mateo is still extremely intelligent and learns quickly. He’d be a prime candidate for obedience training, and once he’s finished, he’d be a dog his owner could take anywhere. He loves, loves to play! Toys are his thing – the louder the squeak, the better! He’s perfectly capable of entertaining himself as long as he has his favorite ball, though he doesn’t mind a game of catch! He is still a puppy, so he has a lot of puppy energy. He can run and play non-stop. He’d do well with frequent walks, or a fenced backyard. This boy has a ton of potential for the right adopter!
