Was found at in-laws in the country and vet thought he was 6-7 months old. We took him home and at 8 months started with a trainer. He leashes well , take him to stores and he does well, loves riding in pickup. We have had him Aa year almost. We walk 2-3miles in the morning on leash. Still with e-collar as the trainer said he will test the boundaries cause he is still a teen going on young adult. But have used rarely when he tries that. . Recently he has growled at my wife who has done nothing to him. And when I tried to re-introduce home tomy older sons, he sniffed and snapped with me there . Had to collar him. We have two grandsons that haven’t seen him since he first came here and I can’t take a chance of biting. Also i don’t have enough activity for him. He is specifically MY dog. He attached to me and will be good with my wife when I am out with her in the yard but….is an outside dog. Needs a mission…

Looking to find a forever home for Blu! Blu is a very playful, energetic, sweet puppy. She loves being around people, playing tug, and running around the yard. We are told she is an Australian cattle dog mix and about 8 months old. We are moving and cannot bring her along. She needs a home urgently. She would do well in a home that has the time and space to allow her to get enough mental and physical enrichment. She has her first round of shots, is not microchipped and not yet spayed. Does well with kids and other dogs she’s interacted with in public. Not too good around cats. She can come with her all her things such as: toys, crate, food/water bowls, 1 month supply of NexGuard, shampoo, nail trimmer, collar/leash

Maggie is a high energy goofball that loves to play, get lots of affection, and to be rewarded with treats! She is a rescue dog from a place that left her emaciatedand, kept outside all day in any weather, with little human interaction. While we were not ready to own a dog, we could not let this sweet neglected being be placed into an overcrowded kill shelter. So our family chose foster her and nursed her back to health, got her spayed, taught her how to play again, and more. Now that Maggie is in a much better place, we are searching for a loving forever home to take her in. She loves people, is very smart, and highly food motivated. She needs lots of play time and exercise, so a home with a good yard to play in is ideal. *Currently, her favorite toy is a giant outdoor herding ball* She is potty trained, up to date on vaccinations, has no known medical conditions, and does well in a kennel for bed and nap time. She is about 2 years old, per vet estimate.

She is a very shy girl who will need a patient family willing to let her build trust at her own pace. Charlene is truly a dog’s dog and must have another confident canine companion in the home to help her feel comfortable and show her the ropes. She is also cat friendly! Because quick movements can make her nervous, we recommend a home without small children. Charlene may never be the type of dog who wants to be in your lap all day, but once you earn her trust, she is happy to lounge on the couch nearby and enjoy being part of the family. She is looking for someone who will appreciate her for exactly who she is and give her the time she needs to blossom.
