Hi, my name is Willow, and I'm looking for my FURever home. I get along great with other dogs, and I love kids. I'm real curious about cats, but rather not be around them. I'm crate trained, as well as house broken. I love to run around and play, love attention and belly rubs. I'd love to be a part of your family, and create memories with you. Willow is 3 years old and 35 pounds.

Meet Renegade! If you're looking for a fun-loving adventure buddy, Renegade is your guy! This handsome pup is bursting with energy and enthusiasm for life. Whether it's running through the yard, playing with his canine friends, or joining the kids for outdoor fun, Renegade is always ready for his next adventure. Renegade absolutely loves people, especially kids, and his happy-go-lucky personality makes him a joy to be around. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would love a home where he has plenty of opportunities to play and burn off some of that youthful energy. Renegade is still working on his leash manners and learning that walks are more enjoyable when you don't try to get there all at once! He's a smart boy who is eager to learn, and with a little consistency and guidance, he'll continue making great progress. After a day of play, Renegade is happy to settle down and soak up attention from his favorite people. He has a big heart, an even bigger personality, and so much love to give to a family willing to give him a chance. If you're searching for a loyal companion who will keep you smiling, active, and entertained, Renegade may be the perfect addition to your family. https://www.vermontenglishbulldogrescue.com/non-bulldog-application/ Details: Breed: Heeler mix Age: 4 yrs (estimate) Weight: 38 lbs. Story
Through no fault of his own, tiny baby Jax found himself at a crowded Louisiana pound in early March. He was soon pulled by a local rescue and has been thriving and growing in foster care ever since. We aren't sure of Jax's history or breed make up, but our best guess is Border Collie x Australian Shepherd mix. As of May 14th, he is 4 months old and weighs 26 lbs. We expect him to be around 50 lbs at maturity. Jax's foster mom says, "He is playful and LOVES toys, especially his giant turtle... when he was smaller, he curled up and slept on it and now he still tries to sleep on his turtle. There aren't many things that Jax does not love but some of his favorites are: playing outside, playing with our dog, playing with the neighborhood kids, playing in water, food (he is VERY food motivated and eats from a slow feeder bowl). He is doing well with learning to potty outside. He will whine/bark when he needs to go outside. He has the cutest little ears and really seems to listen when you talk to him and even tilts his head from side to side. He sleeps quietly through the night in his crate and does listen if you tell him "no"." Jax is a wonderful pup who has had a great start in foster care and is now ready for a forever family to continue his training and help him grow up to be the best boy he can be! Jax's album with more photos + video clips: https://photos.app.goo.gl/BytYMFQbPVhucrzG7 You may have to copy and paste the link into your browser. Jax has completed his full series of puppy shots and is current on heartworm/flea/tick prevention and deworming. He will be neutered and microchipped in late May and then will be ready to travel to his forever home! Jax is currently in foster care in North Louisiana, but we welcome out of state adoptions. We have an amazing transport that delivers all along the East Coast... PA, NJ, CT, NY, VT. PAWS of NE LA was formed back in 2003, and we have been sending our special Southern dogs to wonderful homes up North since 2010.
