Story
Meet Clark! Clark is an adorable and sweet Blue Heeler that is approximately 3-5 years old. He has typical dense heeler fur that he loves to have you scratch. He loves attention and can be ok with other dogs but would prefer to be an only dog. He has been exposed to cats and will leave them alone. He is not recommended for homes with small children because he can be protective of his food, treats, and people. He is overall just a sweet, cuddly, friendly, and fun little guy once he warms up to his person / people. It will take time for him to adjust in his new home so his new people need to be patient and loving. If you are looking for an only dog to be your bestest snuggle buddy, please submit an application at forrescue.net He is fostered in the Huntsville, AL area and any potential adopter must meet him here.

Story
Meet Happy! She is a beautiful 3-year-old Australian Cattle Dog/Heeler mix, weighs 59 lbs, good with other dogs, older kids, and unknown about cats. Happy is high energy with excitement, loves affection, somewhat leash trained, but could use some work as she tends to pull a bit to get to her next adventure!!! She is crate trained, spayed, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and mostly house trained. Happy is cautious around men until she gets to know them. She just needs a loving home, a regular schedule, and some PAWsitive reinforcement to be your perfect girl. Happy loves to play with toys, loves cuddles, and is looking for someone as excited as she is about each day and the patience to help her become the most confident "good girl" that she can be. Story
Hey there! I'm Ace, a handsome Australian Cattle Dog mix with a whole lot of energy and personality! I'm sweet as can be once I get to know you, but I need an experienced dog owner who can keep up with my active lifestyle and help me stay on track. I'm definitely not for first-time dog owners—I'm smart, strong, and sometimes a little selective with my dog friends, so I’ll need a human who can guide me. I’d do best in a home with older kids (12+) who can handle my enthusiasm and energy levels!I *love* to play—whether it's fetch, tug-of-war, or just running around, I’m always up for some fun. I’m also a *super chewer*, so I need lots of good toys to keep me busy and entertained (no cheap squeakers, please—I’ll destroy them!). Walks? YES! I’m all about those—if you love long walks or hikes, I’ll be right there beside you. And one last thing: I’m not a fan of cats, so I’d prefer to have a cat-free home. If you’re looking for a loyal, active, and handsome guy who’s ready to show you all the love and adventure you can handle, I could be your perfect match! Let’s get moving!
