Introducing Muffin: The Sweetest Treat You’ll Ever Meet!
Muffin is a *petite* 2 year old heeler mix, at only 24 lbs, Muffin is the perfect size for cuddles, and trust us, this girl is a certified LOVE Muffin™. She adores belly rubs, thrives on affection, and will be your most devoted shadow. True to her breed, Muffin is agile, athletic, and can probably clear a four-foot fence. If you need a farmhand, a hiking buddy, or just an adventure partner, Muffin is your girl!
As with most heelers, Muffin likes to keep things in line—which means a home without small kids "to herd" is probably best. Older kids would be fine. Cats are not a good mix for her either. She’s great with other dogs and would be totally fine with a playful pup friend to romp with. Toys? Loves them. Balls? Obsessed. Treats? Yes please! She’s eager to learn and even more eager to please.
Muffin was dumped down a dead end dirt road with her puppies. All three were trapped and rescued from starving to death or being harmed by predators. It is now Muffin's turn for a happily ever after.

Location & Transport:
This dog is currently in South Mississippi and local adopters are welcome. For out-of-town adopters, we offer virtual meet-and-greets and can arrange transport ($300 adoption fee includes transport) to many states in the Northeast (excluding Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island).
