Hello there! My name is Luki and I am a 6 year old Australian Kelpie mix that weighs in at 35lbs. My beloved owner died and if it weren't for the love and concern of my former "dog sitter", I would have ended up at the county pound. Instead, I'm in a great foster home with Forever Loved. I am great with other dogs, yet I don't necessarily need to play with them, and I absolutely adore my foster mom. I am attentive, loyal, very smart, super reliably housebroken (I can use a doggy door), I know my basic cues, good on a leash for walks, and I have great house manners. I'm treat motivated, and that makes any training you'd like to do with me a breeze! Although I haven't lived with small children, Forever Loved thinks I will be just fine with respectful children who wont pull my tail or sit on me! Taylor is completely deaf but has no vision issues. She likes to take naps and go to bed in her kennel. Tapping her wakes her up and she does not startle. Taylor is doggie door trained and has had no accidents in the house. Taylor needs continued work on a leash as she gets very excited and pulls. Taylor is a big cuddle bug who thinks she’s much smaller than she really is. She will climb up in your lap and quickly fall asleep. Taylor is very food motivated. Taylor is still a puppy and LOVES to chew on anything and everything. Taylor is good with little kids, although she thinks she is much smaller than she is and can easily knock over small kids when she is excited. Vaccinated, chipped and spayed.
