This playful pup loves to engage in games of fetch and enjoys splashing around in water. Bruce is very friendly towards adults and children, but due to his high energy level, he would do best in a home with no other dogs and children over 10 years old. Bruce is still learning his leash manners but is picking it up very quickly. Bruce is house-trained and loves spending time outdoors. He’s looking for a loving family to share his adventures with! Meet Gadget! Much like her Chip and Dale namesake, this girl is a fast learner, smart, curious, sweet, athletic, and adventurous. She attaches strongly to her person: Wants lots of snuggles, will follow you around the house, will stay by your side. However, she has a strong prey drive and gets protective of her person. She should not be in a house with small dogs or cats, and we are recommending adults only house at this time. She has strong herding instincts like a border collie or an Australian kelpie. She a tendency to herd even the humans (see cut off when walking), it’s very strong around other dogs. Both breeds are highly intelligent and require mental stimulation as well as physical exercise. She would do best in a house either as an only dog or with dogs her size or larger, that are confident and calm. She will need training and a confident human handler. She seems to know that potty is for outside and is getting better at using the dog door, though she doesn’t like being separated from her human and prefers to be joined outside until she feels secure in a forever home. She goes into a kennel easily and does not bark or whine once there.she also rides in the car well.

Hello this is Woodson. I took him in as a puppy and he is now 2 years old. Over the past year he has not gotten along with 2 other dogs of mine and want to find him a good home. He’s a sweet boy when alone. Very kept to himself once the zoomies have passed. He is very hyper (he is only 2) but he has not calmed down for me and I have a new 4 month old baby now. He is potty trained and Kennel trained. Since the baby arrived he has been more in the kennel than loose in the house due to him being so hyper and not furniture trained. I do believe he would be a great single dog. I do not have enough help to manage him and my other dogs with a baby.

Cody is a gorgeous, high energy, purebred Australian shepherd. His absolute favorite activity is playing fetch, specifically with a big red ball. He is an exceptionally loyal and lovable dog. He groans when he gets his ears scratched, and his favorite treat is to lick your bowl of ice cream after you've eaten your last scoop. He's about 60 pounds of love, is house and kennel trained, and is a very food motivated and intelligent dog who picks up on training quickly. Cody has already previously been rehomed once by a family with a male dog that didn't get along with Cody. We are currently experiencing issues with him and our toddler, so all this to say, Cody should not be in a home with other male dogs or with small children (10+). He doesn't do well on walks and would require a lot of hands-on training to get good at walking (he barks at other people and dogs he sees on walks).

This is Pluto, he is a 5 year old Australian Shepard mix. He is not neutered and we are unsure if he is up to date on shots. He loves cuddles, loves playing fetch, and just needs a good home. He was my adult daughter’s dog who is no longer able to care for him. He is shy to new people and needs an experienced dog owner who can understand his ins and outs. He hyper fixates on the pool and cannot be left outside without a gate around the pool as he will not get out. He tends to be fearful of anything that looks like a stick if someone is holding it. He also does not do well with big dogs but appears to do ok with small ones. We have a mini Daschund he gets along fine with. He does not like cats. Best suited for someone with an active life style looking for a companion. Single animal home would be best with a woman owner.
