He’s very very energetic. He’s a herding dog so perfect for farms. Can use a few weeks of training because he’s not too good around other dogs. I just don’t have enough time for him as I am working 2 jobs now.

                                                                             KENNEL ID #18804 Meet Molly, Molly is a beautiful, energetic young girl weighing approximately 40 pounds and is likely an Australian Kelpie mix (best guess). She is around 1 year old and full of potential. Molly was found abandoned at a church, where a kind neighbor stepped in to give her a flea bath and make sure she was fed. When she came into rescue, she was in heat and was spayed right away. She does great with structure and routine. Molly sleeps inside a kennel overnight with no accidents, uses a dog door confidently, and is kenneled next to another dog. While they may bark at each other at times, there is no aggression. Because of her youthful energy and Australian Kelpie breed traits. This breed is known for being absolutely a brilliant, high-energy dogs were bred for herding in the rugged Australian outback - and it shows!* Kelpie Highlights: Super Smart - Quick learners and love a challenge. High Energy - Always ready to go, go, go! Great for an active family. Molly would do best in a home with older children. She walks nicely on leash and actually seems calmer when leashed. She already knows how to sit on command, is very smart, and is highly trainable—she’s going to thrive with continued guidance and enrichment. Molly is ready for a committed home that will help her channel her energy and continue her training so she can be the amazing dog she’s meant to be. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Molly is hanging out with her foster mom, Carol, in Tennessee. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). Please call 302-333-2791 if interested in meeting Maggie. Maggie is up to date with her vaccines. She is aggressive with other dogs if she sees them from distance. She goes to PetSmart for her baths and no one has ever complained about how she reacts with other dogs in there. She chase after squirrels and cats when we walk together.January 10, 2026, 8:11 pm
