(DOB 07/11/2022) Lex is a joyful, energetic Australian Kelpie mix with a heart as big as his smile! Lex is a social butterfly who adores being around people, kids, and other dogs. Whether he’s playing with a canine buddy, going for a hike, cruising in the car, or strolling through the neighborhood, Lex is all about fun—and he brings it with him everywhere he goes. Lex is house trained and free roams in a gated area in his foster home. Lex would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and another dog to keep him company. If he’s flying solo as the only dog, he’ll need a family that prioritizes spending time with him and meeting his physical and mental needs. He’d be the perfect companion for someone who works from home and enjoys spending time outdoors. When you call that a wrap, Lex is super loveable and will be happy to hang with you on the sofa to chill for a while. He is very affectionate and will give you a sweet kiss whenever you need it!! Plus, Lex is a great size; on the smaller side of medium; just a great mix of not too big and not too small...just right!  With his happy energy, loyal nature, and love for adventure, Lex is ready to be the heart of his forever home. As part of Lex's $300 adoption fee, he is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
