Playful, silly, loving, and so eager to please. He gets compliments on his looks and temperament everywhere he goes!Rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Santa Fe last October, Ryker has blossomed into an amazing companion who bonds deeply with his people ☀︎ He is friendly at dog parks and generally non-reactive in public, making him a wonderful dog to bring along on all of your adventures.He rides great in the car — even on long road trips — settles well at home, and enjoys both playtime and relaxing near his people. He loves flirt pole sessions, squeaky toys, hiking, and being outside.His ideal home would include:• A fenced yard• Daily exercise/play• Someone home often or with a consistent routine• A playful dog buddy would be a huge bonus ♡

DO YOU HAVE THE LOVE, TIME AND EXPERIENCE TO CARE FOR A DIABETIC PUPPY? We are looking for a special family ready to welcome Princess into their home and give her a safe space to thrive. Princess is 8 months old, 25 pounds, and spayed. We don't know her breeds but we think she looks like a kelpie or rat terrier mix. Her owner surrendered her at 4 months old when she became severely ill. Princess has traveled between multiple rescues and states and she is now settled into her Wisconsin foster home. We are committed to learning all about canine type 1 diabetes and sharing that knowledge with you! Princess is a gem; she is a happy girl who enjoys leisurely neighborhood walks, playing with her dog friends and chewing on stuffies. She loves her people and older kids, but she needs proper introductions due to declining vision. She is best matched in a quieter routine-oriented home. She is great with calm dogs and ignores cats. She is house trained, but needs frequent potty breaks. Princess receives Insulin shots, eats a prescribed diet and requires daily monitoring of her blood glucose levels. Her new owners must be prepared to invest in her ongoing care. She is on a set schedule and must eat and get her insulin shot at the same time every morning and night. We are accepting applications to adopt Princess and we hope you'll consider opening your heart and home to this sweet girl. She deserves to be the center of her owner's universe. She is worth the investment and she'll pay you back by following you around the house, falling asleep with her head on your shoulder and snoring in your ear. Meet Shaw! Shaw is an energetic, playful, and super sweet boy who is fully potty trained and very well-behaved in the house. He doesn’t need to be crated when you leave, rarely barks, and loves to curl up on the couch with soft blankets. He knows sit, shake, and wait, and sleeps in his crate at night. Shaw LOVES toys, especially balls, and is great at fetch and jumping to catch. He’ll bring toys to you when he wants to play or entertain himself pushing them around. He’s a cuddly guy who loves to rest his head on you… but he’s also a big licker! Giving him a toy helps redirect his excitement so he can enjoy calm snuggles. Shaw can be nervous with new people and needs slow introductions, especially inside the home. He currently lives with kids 10 and 14, but can be anxious around younger or unfamiliar children. Treats, toys, and being ignored at first help him warm up. He’s much more comfortable meeting new people out and about and at our adoption center and meets new dogs easily. Speaking of dogs, Shaw loves them. A playful dog companion would be ideal to help build his confidence and keep him busy. He enjoys walks, has lots of energy, and would do great with an active family. A fenced yard is a bonus, but he also does well on a tie-out. Shaw is goofy, affectionate, athletic, and so much fun. He just needs a patient, understanding home with older kids and a playful dog friend. Once he trusts you, he’ll be your loyal, loving, cuddly buddy.
