Meet Jedidiah! This sweet boy has the cutest smile and a personality that will make you fall in love with him! Jedidiah absolutely LOVES toys! Fetch is one of his favorite games, although his version comes with a fun little twist, he’ll proudly carry his toy back to his bed to add to his collection. He’s a fetcher AND a collector! He especially enjoys ropes, squishy toys, bones, and extra-large balls. Tennis-ball-sized toys? Not quite as exciting. If there’s a toy around, Jedidiah is probably going to find it! He’s a young, playful boy who loves being around his people and is eager to please. He enjoys treats and knows “sit,” so he’s ready to keep learning with a family who will continue working with him. And when it comes to affection, Jedidiah is all in! He loves a good head scratch or belly rub and will happily snuggle up beside you on the couch if you invite him. Despite his playful side, Jedidiah is overall a pretty mellow guy. He does get little bursts of energy and enjoys getting outside for walks and playtime. He walks nicely on leash and would make a great walking buddy. He has also done well with other dogs and enjoyed playing outside with Carly. When it’s time to settle down, Jedidiah does great in his kennel and relaxes nicely when there aren’t too many distractions. He keeps his space clean and settles into his crate easily at night. And one of Jedidiah’s very best features? Despite being a bigger boy, he is absolutely convinced that he can fit into the tiniest bed imaginable. If there’s a tiny bed available, you can bet Jedidiah is going to squeeze himself into it! Jedidiah is also a great car rider. He may stick his head out the window for a bit, but he’s usually happy to settle down in the back seat. Loud noises can startle him, so he’ll need a cozy, secure spot inside where he can retreat when he’s feeling nervous. For now he prefers shorter outdoor adventures and will happily let you know when he’s ready to head back inside. Friendly, affectionate, playful, and full of personality, Jedidiah is ready to find a family who will love his silly toy-collecting ways as much as we do.
