Sheina (DOB 5/18/24) is such a stunning girl! We are guessing shes a Kelpie/German Shepherd mix and she is so smart! Sheina is around 50lbs. She is dog friendly, cats unknown. Sheina is hoping to having a home with a privacy fence so she can run around enjoying the world. She also needs a home with kids over the age of 12. Sheina can be a little skittish, so she’d need a family who is patient and will give her time to show what an amazing companion she can be! Overall, Sheina is eager to learn and be the very very best girl. Sheina promises to be your best friend and who could resist those amazing perky ears. Story
Libby is sure a unique-looking young girl; how can anyone not love her huge ears!! She is thought to be an Australian Kelpie Mix (possibly with Bull Terrier). She weighs about 30 lbs. Her estimated date of birth is June 5th 2023. Libby is a typical puppy, very energetic and playful. She likes to jump and can sometimes forget herself and be a little too rough with other dogs. But….…she is young and needs to learn boundaries and manners in order to evolve into a wonder family member with a forever family she so deserves.. This sweet pup likes playing with other dogs; she’s great with dogs and would enjoy the companionship of another dog in the home. Most likely, a young or middle-aged adult dog would prefer his company much more so than a senior dog. An ideal family for Libby is one able to assimilate the enthusiasm and playfulness of a puppy into their lifestyle and is willing to commit the time to working with and training Libby to be her best self! A secure fenced yard is required; another younger or middle-aged pup in the family could also be advantageous. Libby is crate-trained and is working hard to improve her house manners (housebreaking). She is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Her spay is included in her adoption fee. Juliette and her littermates were discovered by a good samaritan when they were just a few weeks old. Their mom, Lilly, had been sneaking to a nearby home to eat the food that family left out for stray cats. They followed Lilly to her litter in the woods and contacted our rescue partner in Texas for help. Juliette and her family were lucky that day! She has now grown up in a loving foster home, and is so excited to find her forever family in the midwest. Juliette is 2 months old and weighs about 6 pounds. She has a gorgeous tan and white fluffy coat and one blue eye! She has a sweet and snuggly personality. She loves people of all ages and loves playing with other dogs. She is working on her potty training, however her new family should be prepared to do additional training while she learns the routine at her new home in WI as she is just a young puppy. She is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. Shaun the Heeler puppy's Story Meet Shaun! Shaun is a 4-month-old male Heeler puppy who came into the shelter as a stray and is now ready for a fresh start. While we don’t know much about his past, it’s clear that Shaun is a bright, curious young pup with lots of potential. At just four months old, he’s already showing the intelligence and alert nature Heelers are known for. Shaun will be arriving in Wisconsin on February 6th and is hoping to find a family ready to help him learn what it means to be a loved, indoor companion. Like any Heeler puppy, Shaun will thrive with structure, training, and regular mental and physical activity. In return, he’ll offer loyalty, enthusiasm, and the chance to grow up alongside someone who’s excited to invest in his future. He is working hard on potty training in Texas, however his new family should be prepared to do additional training while he learns the routine at his new home in WI. He is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition. He will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday, February 6th, and will be available to meet, and take home if he is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below. His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. He is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption on Friday February 6th. If upon meeting, he is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable. We ask that you are serious about your intent to adopt before placing a deposit, so as not to prevent him from finding his forever family in the meantime, as we only accept one deposit per dog.
