Story
Meet Lord Alfred: A Noble Heart with a Spirited SoulTrue to his name, Lord Alfred carries himself with a certain majestic flair. This 80-pound bundle of fluff and energy originally arrived as a stray, but we’ve since learned that he has a history of being a loyal companion who has done well living with older children and some canine friends in the past.Lord Alfred has a zest for life and plenty of energy to match his impressive size. Because he’s a large, powerful boy, he’s looking for a family that can keep up with his enthusiasm for outdoor adventures and long walks. He isn’t the biggest fan of the kennel environment and would truly thrive in a home where someone is around more often than not to provide him with the companionship and routine he craves. While Alfred has lived with other dogs previously, he has shown us that he is quite selective about his new friends. Specifically, he is not a fan of male dogs and has not had a successful meeting with one during his stay. He may be able to live with a female dog, but a meet-and-greet is an absolute must to ensure the chemistry is just right. Due to his size and natural prey drive, Lord Alfred is also looking for a feline-free home.If you’re looking for a loyal, fluffy protector with a heart as big as his paws, Lord Alfred might be your perfect match.Lord Alfred is neutered and has received core vaccinations (bordetella, canine distemper, rabies), flea + tick preventative, has been dewormed, and is microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Lord Alfred, reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org, or feel free to take a peek during our open hours!

Meet Sam: Your New High-Speed SoulmateMeet Sam, a striking brindle mixed breed around 40 pounds who is ready to bring a burst of high-octane energy and southern charm into your life! Sam recently made the long journey to us via a transfer from the South, where he originally started his story as a stray. While his past is a bit of a mystery, his future is looking bright, and he is looking for a dedicated partner to help him navigate his next big adventure.Sam is the definition of a `go-go-go` kind of guy, boasting an athletic build and an even more impressive motor. He thrives on activity and would be the perfect match for an outdoorsy family that enjoys long hikes, morning jogs, or rigorous games of fetch in a big backyard. Because he arrived as a stray, we don`t have a history of his life with other dogs, cats, or children, so he’ll need a patient family willing to take things slow and provide him with plenty of structure and positive guidance as he settles into a home environment.Training will be a fantastic way to bond with Sam; he has a bright, alert mind that is just waiting for a job to do. With a consistent routine and plenty of mental and physical stimulation, this handsome boy is sure to become a loyal and adventurous companion. If you’re looking for a companion to keep you moving and fill your days with excitement, Sam is waiting to meet you!Sam will be neutered and has received core vaccinations (bordetella, canine distemper, rabies), flea + tick preventative, dewormed, and is microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Sam, reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org.

Story
Name: Auggie Age: 8 (vet est.) Breed: Aussie Mix Gender: Male Weight: 55 Good with kids: Yes Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Yes Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Appleton  Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Meet Auggie the Anxiety Aussie!  Auggie joined our partner rescue back in August. We know...thats alot of A's to keep track of. But he likes things to be consistent.  Unfortunately for Auggie, consistency stopped when his family was contacted and never picked him up from a scary high-kill Texas shelter. Auggie is an incredibly sweet, low key, social boy who deeply just wants to be loved and by your side. He does great on car rides, meeting strangers, new animals,  and going with the flow. With this said, Auggie does have separation anxiety and takes medication for this daily. He does require an indestructible kennel when you’re not home. From what we're told, other methods were tried and ended poorly. So its safest for him to be secure. What he'd really love is to be your sidekick,  but we know that isnt realistic for most homes 24/7. Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.March 10, 2026, 7:07 am
