Story
Penny is a 5 year old Australian cattle dog mixed with two other breeds. She is such a happy dog despite my schedule and loves to play fetch/catch. She is so funny with her little ways and will clean your tears if you cry. She loves tennis balls and her jumbo lamb chops from petsmart. She loves her doggy treats and prefers the fruity ones over the meat flavored ones. She is good with other dogs and cats are a hit and miss. She has gotten along with one cat but the other not so much. She has been around children and has had no problems with them. She loves to watch tv and if a dog shows in the screen, she will grab a toy to shake it. She is a derpy, cute, fun loving but sleeping in dog. She will definitely have you smiling or laughing constantly.

Story
🚨 REX NEEDS A HERO — PLEASE READ & SHARE 🚨 Rex is alive today by pure luck. For days, this sweet boy wandered in the middle of the road on Sample–Pittman Hill in Clovis… cars flying past him, coming within inches of his life. Over and over again, he returned to the same spot — confused, waiting… for someone who never came back. No food. No water. No one looking for him. We believe Rex was dumped. And somehow, despite everything, he is still one of the kindest, gentlest dogs you could ever meet. ❤️ Rex is about 4–5 years old, an Aussie-Husky mix, around 65 lbs. He knows commands like sit, stay, shake, and down. He takes treats gently, appears housebroken, and has a calm, loving demeanor. He will be best as an only loving dog, no cats please. This boy deserved so much better than what he got. But we can still change his story. Rex is now safe. He will be fully vetted — vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. What he needs now… is someone to choose him. A home. A family. A second chance. 🐾 Very small rehoming fee to the right match. Please — help us make sure Rex never has to wait on the side of the road again. 🐾 SHARE. TAG. HELP US FIND REX HIS HOME.

Story
Cooper is a 45-pound Australian Shepherd located in Coarsegold, California, and he’s the definition of a good dog who was put in a bad situation. He was surrendered after not getting along with a male boxer in a crowded home full of people and dogs, but once he arrived at our ranch, it became clear the problem wasn’t Cooper—it was the chaos. Like most Aussies, he needs space, structure, and his own person, not a packed house where he’s just another dog in the mix. Here, with room to move and time to decompress, Cooper has shown us who he really is: a loyal, sensitive boy who wants nothing more than to be near his human. He’s mostly an indoor dog at heart—my bed and the couch are his favorite places in the world—and he’ll absolutely be someone’s Velcro companion. He’s potty trained, grew up in a harness and is learning better leash manners, and he’s adjusting to the idea of a crate or kennel, even though he clearly thinks he should be sleeping next to his person instead. He gets along with the dogs here, but he’s much more relaxed when there are fewer dogs around. He’d do best as an only dog or with just one calm, respectful dog in the home. Cooper has some understandable anxiety from all the changes in his life, and he doesn’t travel well in the car yet—we’re working on that—but inside a quiet home with no other dogs present, he finally lets his guard down and you see the dog he’s meant to be: calm, affectionate, funny, and deeply attached. He doesn’t want to fight, he doesn’t want drama, he just wants his person and a peaceful, steady life. If you’re looking for one incredibly loyal Aussie who will follow you from room to room and sleep at your side like it’s his job, Cooper is waiting for you.
