Looks like: Australian Shepherd mix Male, 3 years old (estimated), 79 pounds Smiley Koda is a large bundle of energy and love! He is a young gentleman with a heart of gold, interested in long walks (or runs!), and is looking for his forever adventure buddy! This handsome boy would be a perfect fit for someone who is looking for a young energetic dog who enjoys exercise and lots of affection and love! Koda sits on command and could benefit from a loving, patient, and understanding guardian to teach him other basic commands and how to politely walk on leash. He gets along with other dogs but does tend to bark at them when he is out on walks to let them know he wants to play. Koda would not be a good fit in a home that has cats or children. Koda came to us after his senior guardian passed away.

Story
Dodger has been with us for almost 10 years. He has been a great dog and knows tons of tricks. He’s very friendly with people and just wants to be snuggled up to his humans. My wife broke her leg right after we had our second child. I also have a demanding career and long commute. We are having difficulty giving him the love and care he needs with so many demands on our family. We wish we could keep him, but it’s getting very challenging given our current life situation. We have a small home and no backyard and given our time constraints, it’s been hard to keep him busy and entertained. We are hoping to find him a good home where he can get more love and attention than we are able to give right now. Dodger can do all sorts of tricks like shake, high five, roll over, spin, speak, tip toes, bow…he’s a great dog, just need an owner with time :)
