Story
Juno is a 5½-month-old male Australian Shepherd mix weighing 30 pounds. Wherever his foster mom goes, Juno follows. Juno is a friendly pup who has a playful streak and a busy brain. He’s great with other dogs and would truly thrive in a home with a dog buddy who enjoys playtime, companionship, and maybe a little mutual mischief. Having a canine friend helps bring out his confidence and keeps his tail wagging. He’s a smart young guy who enjoys learning and engaging with the world around him. A physically fenced yard is required. It’s been way to cold to go for walks so walking on a leash will be new to him. Juno is happy to play or cuddle close and recharge next to his favorite humans. Juno is already house trained and crate trained, giving him an excellent start as he continues to mature. With consistent routines, positive reinforcement, and plenty of interaction, he’s going to grow into a loyal, fun-loving companion. If you’re looking for a puppy who believes personal space is optional, loves other dogs, and would be happiest with a built-in best friend, Juno is ready to stick by your side for life. Juno is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. If you’d like to meet Juno, please fill out an adoption application at www.furfunrescue.org. If you have questions about Juno you can email rox@furfunrescue.org or call 319-929-6657. Adopters must live within a two-hour radius of Cedar Rapids, IA. Indoor homes only. Adoption Fee: $300

Story
Judd is a 5½-month-old male Australian Shepherd mix and the undeniable big brother of his litter of five. Now tipping the scales at 46 pounds, he’s the largest of the bunch and still discovering how to operate all those long legs that showed up before the rest of him was quite ready. Think gentle giant in training, with a little “oops, where did my feet go?” energy mixed in. Judd can be shy at first, especially around men, and truly shines with a calm, patient approach that lets him settle in at his own pace. Once he feels safe, his thoughtful, observant personality emerges. He’s a smart pup who watches closely, learns quickly, and genuinely wants to do things right. He does well with other dogs and cats, making him a great candidate for a home that already has furry family members. As an Aussie mix, Judd needs both mental and physical outlets. A physically fenced yard is required so he has a safe space to run, play, and build confidence while he grows into that big frame. He is already crate trained and potty trained, though like any puppy his age, he’ll need frequent outdoor breaks and a consistent routine to keep building those good habits. And then there’s the coat. Judd’s fur is still legendary. Bunny-soft, stop-what-you’re-doing soft. The kind of coat that makes you forget why you sat down in the first place. With patience, positive reinforcement, and steady routines, Judd is going to blossom into a devoted, intelligent companion. If you’re looking for a big, gentle puppy with a quick mind, a tender heart, and legs he’s still learning to steer, Judd just might be your perfect match Judd is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. If you’d like to meet Judd, please fill out an adoption application at www.furfunrescue.org. If you have questions about Judd you can email rox@furfunrescue.org or call 319-929-6657.
