Chuck is a very goofy boy, who loves to play! He would do great in a home that has an active lifestyle. He does have high energy at first but once he's able to get it out, he is the best dog! He will need to do a meet and greet with any dogs in the home. He is very food motivated, so would love to learn!

Story
Kira is a beautiful Australian Shepherd, born June 16, 2016, with an exceptionally sweet, gentle and loving nature. We adopted her through an Aussie rescue in 2017, and she has been a deeply loved member of our family ever since. Kira is affectionate, extremely well behaved, housebroken and truly a joy in the home. She has done wonderfully with our daughter from newborn through age 3½ and lived peacefully with two cats and another female Aussie. She does well with well-mannered dogs and enjoys the dog park off leash. On walks she can be protective when seeing other dogs, but is easily redirected. Kira loves being outside and would be happiest with a securely fenced yard. She is very comfortable using a dog door. We are only rehoming Kira because of an international move. Given her age and sensitive nature, we don't believe a long international flight in cargo is in her best interest. Finding a loving, stable home where Kira will be cherished for the rest of her life is our priority.

🐾 Meet Auzie Auzie is a sweet 10-year-old Australian Shepherd who is ready for the soft, comfortable life he deserves. After being saved from a difficult situation by a caring neighbor, Auzie was nursed back to health and given the chance to start over. Despite everything he’s been through, this little 20-pound guy is incredibly sweet and loves being around people. Auzie is also good with other dogs, and his caregiver believes he would do well with children. His experience with cats is currently unknown. He walks nicely on a leash, keeps his crate clean, and is working on becoming more comfortable with crate training. As part of getting him healthy again, Auzie needed to have all of his teeth removed. He’s feeling much better now, but he’ll need to eat soft food for the rest of his life—a pretty small accommodation for such a special guy. At 10 years old, Auzie isn’t asking for much. He’s looking for a safe home, a cozy place to rest, and people who will make sure the rest of his life is filled with the love and care he should have had all along.
