You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello! My name is Lucky! I have lived in the Stover area for the last year, you see I lost my owner and I had no place to go. The kind people in Stover ensured I did not go hungry as you can see in the pictures. haha. I just arrived at the animal rescue on 7/11/25 and I can tell you I love the air conditioning. I am the sweetest dog, I do well on a leash. I am looking for a home where I can be spoiled and laid back. I need to get my steps in but I can also enjoy a good movie with you. Either way, I am your guy! And I love the company of other dogs!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 20, 2025, 6:58 pm

Story
Meet Atlas, a Border Collie mix looking for a new beginning! He was surrendered to the shelter when his previous family could no longer care for him due to time constraints and personal issues. Atlas has spent his entire life outdoors, so he hasn't had much exposure to life inside a home. He's lived with older children but lacks clear boundaries and structure, meaning he'll need some dedicated training and guidance to become his best self.Atlas is smart, energetic, and eager to learn-qualities typical of his breed-so with the right commitment, he has the potential to excel. He'll benefit from a family who can invest time in teaching him basic manners, house training, and giving him plenty of mental and physical stimulation. If you're looking for a dog with a lot of potential and you're up for the rewarding challenge of helping him adapt, Atlas could be the perfect fit for you! He's waiting for a family who can give him the time, patience, and love he needs to thrive Primary Color: Tri Color Weight: 40 Age: 2yrs 2mths 3wks
