RONALD, a handsome devil dog was found on 250 before coming to our pound. We believe him to be an Aussie/Lab mix. RONALD is full of energy and spunk. He has a great personality--one that would probably label him as a class clown if he were a kid in school. He is very treat motivated and will obey for one. RONALD loves to run and play. His favorite toy is a ball and he will chase it longer than your arm will allow you to throw it for him and that's ok, because he will throw it up in the air and run after it. RONALD can be a little testy around other male dogs, but seems to do better with female dogs. He loves every person he meets. This boy is not a couch potato and would do best with an active family, especially since he is young (around a year). Harrison County Dog Pound, 82900 Toot Rd. Cadiz, OH 43907 Hours: M-F 10am-4pm/Sat. 9am-2pm/Closed Sundays and holidays. 740-942-4080. Kota is a magnificent 2-1/2 year old male Australian Shepherd mix who was surrendered by his owner on July 13, 2023. Kota has a stunning red/mahogany-and-white long smooth coat, a long fluffy tail, and a beautiful face with pale blue eyes, a white slender muzzle, and short floppy ears. These photos of Kota were taken on July 14th when HSOV Lead Canine Kennel Tech Jared Nash accompanied Kota for outdoor photos late in the afternoon. Kota was a bit nervous being in an unfamiliar place when he'd been accustomed to being in his own home, but he did amazingly well with Jared since he quickly gained Kota's trust. Kota weighs 79 lbs and walked fairly well on a leash for Jared. Kota has already been neutered. Kota is NOT good with children and is looking for a home where he would not have contact youngsters. Kota also has sensitivity issues about being touched on his head, ears, and feet.
