Bio:
Hi there! My name is Roya. I am a shy girl who unfortunately, did not have the best start in life. Despite that, my foster mom says I'm one of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. Due to the scary situations I was exposed to in my previous homes, it takes me a bit of time to learn to trust new people. I promise though, once you show me I can trust you, I will be your personal shadow and full-time best friend! I love to cuddle and shower you in kisses. I also tend to wiggle my whole body when I'm happy. My foster mom says that one day I'm going to wiggle so hard that I'll take flight!
I'm a smart girl who is eager to please and easy to train. I also love other dogs! I absolutely love playing with the 3 dogs in my foster home. In fact, I'm yet to meet a dog I don't like! The dogs in my foster home have shown me the ropes and helped me understand that humans aren't always scary. I've grown a lot more confident with them around. Because of this, I will need another confident, well-socialized, and playful pup in my forever home to be my best friend and help me continue to build confidence.
Some things you should know about me:
I am leash and crate-trained. Actually, I love my crate! It's my safe space. I am also awesome with cats. I live with several cats in my foster home and am very gentle with all of them. I am also potty trained. I've never had an accident in my kennel and won't have an accident outside of my kennel as long as I am let out to potty every 6 hours. Easy enough, right?
Overall, I'm a very sweet girl who only wants to find a family that will love her and make her feel safe. Could that be you?
I'm estimated to be around 1 year old. I am up-to-date on vaccinations, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and am scheduled to be spayed prior to adoption. I am being fostered in Westfield, IN.
