Story
Bought Watson from a breeder about 6 years ago, was supposed to be a mini but just kept on growing. He’s full of energy and unfortunately after having another kid we just don’t have the time to give him the proper attention. We also have a very small yard for him to be able to really run around. Needs a yard to be able to roam and stretch the legs. Comes up to date with shots, very loving dog and we’re sad to have to let him go but at this point it seems best for both us and him. Is chipped and has papers but once again the papers are for a mini and he’s around 60 pounds.

This smart, high-energy pup is ready to find his forever home! Potty trained & knows basic commandsPlayful, loves to run & exploreWould shine at agility or frisbee!  Onyx gets along with other dogs (preferably his size or bigger) and is kind to kids, though his energy might be too much for the little ones. Cats? This spotted cutie is Waylon!Waylon has now been with us at FDHS for a while, and we’ve gotten to know him much better. With our staff, he’s a big giant baby and sweet as pie. Once he trusts you, he’s affectionate, sweet, and loves nothing more than being a lovebug.Waylon can be very cautious when meeting new people and will often bark or growl at first. Because of this, he’s going to do best in a home with rescue dog experience or adopters who are patient and willing to put in the time to earn his trust and help build his confidence. At this time, we don’t feel he would be a good fit for a home with children under 10.He’s shown a lot of curiosity about the other shelter dogs and seems interested in making friends. With proper introductions, we think he could do well in a home with other dogs and likely cats too. Waylon is a smart, young dog and very treat motivated, though he’s still learning to take treats gently.When he’s not zooming around the yard and burning off energy, Waylon is incredibly affectionate and loves to cuddle. He comes from energetic working-dog heritage, so an active home that’s committed to keeping both his brain and body busy will be key to his success. Waylon has been fully vetted and is available for immediate adoption. Prince is an amazing, loving dog. I got him after I had my first daughter they shared a birthday. He does amazing with kids loves to play. Only concern is he’s a herding dog so he will nip at there feet trying to redirect them so will be better if you have older kids. He loves to have space to run. He does good at home but will go potty in the house if you’re gone all day. He isn’t Crete trained either. I’m looking for a loving new family for my precious boy. Just with my work schedule I’m not home with him enough and can’t keep maintaining the house from him.

Marley is a very loving and affectionate dog. He loves to play catch. He has no bad chewing habits. He gets along with other dogs, animals, and cats. His best friend is a cat. He loves children. He is 5 years old and well out of his puppy stage. He doesn't jump on anyone. Hardly barks except when someone comes to the door. When he has to use the restroom, he goes to the door or comes and gets you. I have never once seen him aggressive towards anyone or anything. He is a big cuddler. He is a good boy. Very sweet.

Binx is a 1-year-old Aussie mix weighing 29 pounds. She was caught after she was dumped on a state road. She had a badly injured leg, but it is now healed. We did an Embark DNA test on her. The results are in the photos. She is a gentle, sweet, active girl. She requires an active home with walks, hiking, running or other activity. Her foster has started her on an agility course which she enjoys. She must have a secured fenced in yard. Binx is spayed, up to date on shots, rabies and heartworm negative and on prevention. She does well with dogs and knows her basic commands. She loves to snuggle in bed with you. She gets a little anxious in a crate but enjoys a kong to help her relax. Her adoption fee is $425 ##2575367##
