Andy is about 1 yr old, house trained, crate trained and weighs 36 lbs. He is blind but that doesn't slow him down. You would never know he was blind. He gets around just fine. He is a sweet affection young boy who wants to be by your side. He gets along with other dogs and children. It would have to be a slow introduction with another dog because of his blindness. He enjoys outings, walks, and car rides.

Rusty is a year old and around 55 lbs. Rusty has passed temperament tests in group play and love other dogs, and is also fine with other animals. He has high energy and enjoys spending time at doggy daycare playing with his friends. He loves to play fetch. Rusty is shy and is especially motivated by food. He will need a home where there is another dog to help him feel comfortable, preferably a dog smaller than him. He is good with older children.

I recently found this sweet pup on a Facebook post asking for someone to foster him till we could find him a home,but we ended up loving him so much we decided to adopt him,I’m only 19 and in college ,and due to some new recent developments in financials and living situation it’s been getting more difficult to give him the proper care and attention he deserves,I really love this dog so I can hold on to him as long as it takes to find him a loving home,he’s does very well in my apartment alone and he’s gets along with the dogs at the dog park very well,overall he’s a low maintenance dog that just loves to cuddle so if you want a chill dog that’ll be like Velcro on you he’s your guy !

Story
Mason is the perfect combination of old-soul laid back and toddler mischief!   In early November Mason was saved from a dog attack by good Samaritans who kept him safe until the rescue could pick him up. His wounds are now healed, his skin and hair healthy, and after a month if eating like a Rottweiler,  he's back up to his fighting weight of about 40 pounds.   According to Google, Mason is a "Border Aussie" - a Border Collie/ Australian Shepherd mix. At about 8 years of age, Mason still has many years of life and love left to give.   Mason loves nothing more than to be with his people. Despite an unknown length if time on the street, he exhibits zero aggression toward people or other dogs. We are unsure how he would respond to cats inside the home, and because of his "pushy" love, a home without very young children would be best.   Mason quickly mastered the doggie door and loves the freedom to come and go as he pleases.   Though fully crate-trained,  it isn't his favorite place because it separates him from his people. Because of his desire to be with his humans, Mason is quite an escape artist, therefore, a secure yard and a Mason-proof crate are non-negotiables.    As far as we can guess, Mason spent years on the street. He is missing several teeth and the rest are broken or worn to the gums. Despite this, he is a MASTER chewer - of everything! He destroys most chew toys and will eat blankets, clothes, dog beds, wire crates, etc. For his own safety, he MUST be securely crated at night or anytime he cannot be supervised.   Because of his loving and adaptable nature, Mason would thrive in almost any home. His optimal home would involve as little day-time crating as possible with a lot of human companionship.   With a lot of love and a bit of patience and training, Mason will offer years of love and loyalty in return. ##2572181##
