Story

Augie is five years old. I’ve owned him since he was a puppy. He’s been very well cared for, including regular shots, heartworm meds, flea and tick meds, and regular grooming (every six weeks). He’s high energy and loves to play. Hes very affectionate and loves being petted, which is wonderful because he is so soft. He’s also nervous around people he doesn’t have a relationship with, and will snarl and snap if someone approaches his kennel, or reaches out to pet him. He’s afraid of storms, and doesn’t love being in the car, but doesn’t resist when I tell him to get in the back. He’s not a nuisance barker, which is really nice. He’s been to obedience classes and I’ve also worked with a private trainer. He love the daycare he attends twice weekly, and being boarded there—he’s known these people since he was a puppy.Whoever adopts him should be willing to take the time to gradually get to know him, and not make any effort to pet him at first. He’s a beautiful, affectionate and fun dog.

He’s a total social butterfly and does great with dogs AND cats, so he’s ready to make friends with just about everyone. He’s also kennel trained, leash trained, and doing well with his house training—because underneath all that puppy energy is a very good boy trying his best. Dandy is definitely an active little guy who will keep you laughing, keep you moving, and probably keep you from ever wondering where he is because... he will be right there. He wants to be part of the action, part of the family, and preferably part of whatever you’re doing. And when all that Aussie energy finally runs out? Belly rubs and snuggles. Obviously. Dandy is young, fun, affectionate, and ready to find his person. Bandit is 3yrs old. Half Australian Shepherd and half Blue Heller. He has an acre with plenty of room because he needs it. Has a lot of energy he can set, lay, set, and play fetch. He also loves playing in the water. He could do so much more but I fell sick and can’t spend enough time with him. My son loves him to death but has developed a pet allergy so we can’t bring him in when it gets too hot or cold anymore. He is crate trained. We have a cat but don’t think they’d get along. He is half Australian shepherd and blue heeler. I am met both parents. Definitely a hurd dog. He’ll try and nip and Hurd you if you’d let him lol great watch dog. Hate to not have him but it’s not fair to him or my son.
