Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Age: 3-4 years, Australian shepherd corgi mix. After speaking with multiple resources. Pepper would be better suited with a child free, adult only home, as she has been very sheltered and not exposed to many people, Pepper is extremely timid and cautious around new people. Once she gets to know you she is very affectionate and playful, likes to hold hands, and even help take your socks off! Pepper is very agile and fast, with a high prey drive (loves squirrel chasing) She would need a fenced yard. She has had some issues with with smaller dogs but does well with dogs of similar size. She is house and crate trained, prefers to eat in her crate. We are offering a no adopt fee and will provide her crate too and her favorite toys

Story
Hello, I am needing to rehome this friendly pup! His name is Rush and he'll be 2 in May. He's Australian Sheppard and hound mix. He's not fixed but is up to date on shots. He is crate trained. He is super friendly and loves everybody he meets. Last time we weighed him he was around 65lbs. We recently found out that our baby is severely allergic to him, so he's been outside for the past few weeks. We are hoping he can go to a home where he can get all of the love and affection we know he deserves

Story
Oz was adopted shortly after he was born in May 2023, so Lulu (also for adoption) could have a playmate. He is an Australian Shepherd mix and has recently been neutered. We'd like if they could remain living together. They are both trained to sleep in a very large crate at night and when we're gone for short shopping trips around town. They have been exposed to children ages 8 and under, and will be fine after warming up for a while. Lulu was born sometime in October 2021 and is a Labrador Shepherd mix. She has been recently spayed. I adopted Lulu from a Soldier in my Army unit in Texas in December 2022. His wife passed away, and the unit's leadership asked if anyone could take her in. The Army was allowing him to relocate to a base closer to his home in Florida to be closer to his family due to his loss, so that he couldn't take Lulu with him. She's a friendly, lovable girl who loves walks, barking at cats, and barking at strangers through the fence or gate.

Story
Mason is the perfect combination of old-soul laid back and toddler mischief!   In early November Mason was saved from a dog attack by good Samaritans who kept him safe until the rescue could pick him up. His wounds are now healed, his skin and hair healthy, and after a month if eating like a Rottweiler,  he's back up to his fighting weight of about 40 pounds.   According to Google, Mason is a "Border Aussie" - a Border Collie/ Australian Shepherd mix. At about 8 years of age, Mason still has many years of life and love left to give.   Mason loves nothing more than to be with his people. Despite an unknown length if time on the street, he exhibits zero aggression toward people or other dogs. We are unsure how he would respond to cats inside the home, and because of his "pushy" love, a home without very young children would be best.   Mason quickly mastered the doggie door and loves the freedom to come and go as he pleases.   Though fully crate-trained,  it isn't his favorite place because it separates him from his people. Because of his desire to be with his humans, Mason is quite an escape artist, therefore, a secure yard and a Mason-proof crate are non-negotiables.    As far as we can guess, Mason spent years on the street. He is missing several teeth and the rest are broken or worn to the gums. Despite this, he is a MASTER chewer - of everything! He destroys most chew toys and will eat blankets, clothes, dog beds, wire crates, etc. For his own safety, he MUST be securely crated at night or anytime he cannot be supervised.   Because of his loving and adaptable nature, Mason would thrive in almost any home. His optimal home would involve as little day-time crating as possible with a lot of human companionship.   With a lot of love and a bit of patience and training, Mason will offer years of love and loyalty in return. ##2572181##

Story
Meet Junie, also affectionately known as Junie B Jones, June Bug, Juniper, or whatever you want to call her, because this precious pup was born deaf! This striking girl is a 4 month old Hangin Tree Cowdog (Aussie/Catahoula/Border Collie/Kelpie) that found her way to 405 because the other dogs in her home were bullying her. Junie is happy-go-lucky, spunky, goofy and eager to please. She is working hard on learning sign language commands so she can show her new owner just how smart she is! Junie would thrive in an active home or a home with another playful pup to keep her company. She does well with both dogs and cats and would likely do great with kiddos as well. Deaf dogs are known to bond deeply with their owners and live long, happy lives using a slightly different way to communicate. Could you be Junie’s happily ever after? Apply today to meet her! ##2689878##
