Meet Sandy: Your Perfect Companion! Are you ready to welcome a loving, playful, and loyal friend into your home? Meet Sandy, a delightful 5-year-old who is eagerly searching for her forever family. Sandy is the ideal housemate—she's fully housebroken and has impeccable manners. This sweet girl absolutely adores people and thrives on their companionship. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening at home or heading out for a fun day at the park, Sandy will be your devoted sidekick. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making her a great addition to any home with existing furry friends. However, Sandy doesn’t like cats, so a feline-free home would be best for her. Sandy loves her stuffies and chew bones, and you’ll often find her happily playing with her favorite toys. She’s also working on shedding a few pounds to be her healthiest self, and with a bit of exercise and a balanced diet, she’ll be in tip-top shape in no time. With her vibrant personality and loving nature, Sandy will quickly become the heart of your home. If you’re looking for a loyal and joyful companion, Sandy is the perfect match. Once you meet her, you'll see just how special she is! Adopt Sandy today and give her the loving home she deserves! ##1848651##

Story
Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- El Reno, OK Meet Lucy! She is an 6 year old Australian Shepherd mix (the other breed is unknown) and weighs around 50 lbs. She is microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention, but isn’t spayed. Lucy is good with children! She hasn’t been tested around cats. No dogs, due to her reactivity! Lucy is blind in one eye. The owner is surrendering her because she doesn’t get along with her grandson’s dog. She needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! If you think you can provide a great home for Lucy, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Lucy. Owner’s Contact Information: Cathleen at colorinmotion4@gmail.com.

Story
Are you looking for a unique, petite bundle of fun...look no further...this is Jessye Storm. Jessye is 5 years old and only 36 pounds. Due to her small stature and coloring we think Jessye may have some Aussie and Welsh Corgi in her. This dog is the real deal in a small package! She is crate trained, housebroken, very gentle on the leash, quiet, loves children and adults alike and she has done well with introductions to other dogs. She will let you know when she needs to go outside but she is not a fan of hot weather. Jessye will give gentle hugs and kisses and loves car rides and any adventure that you will like to take her on. Jessye is waiting for her perfect family...could that be you! Jessye had bloodwork and a dental, and is currently being treated for heartworms. Interested in becoming a forever home for Jessye Storm? For immediate consideration, please fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we DO NOT go any further without an application. If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs, one application will be fine. We have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, and your application may be missed if you only apply once. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Jessye Storm. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Jessye Storm the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us. Our normal adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!

Story
We cannot figure out how sweet Harvey has not been adopted. He has been waiting patiently for many months. He is the perfect gentleman and would be perfect for any household. He is so easy going and perfect in every way. …….. This is The Amazing Harvey. He is about 50 lbs and 5-7 years old. He is prefect in every way. He is house trained and crate trained. He is never crated at his foster house and he is well-behaved all day. He does NOT chew on shoes, clothes, or the everyday phone charger. :) If he takes a toy outside, it is fair game to possibly lose its life. He loves to play with water (but he has no interest in the pool). If you need to water flowers, he is always there to help. He likes to chase it, bite it, spin for it (video in the comments!). He also knows how to sit and shake. He is very smart and we are sure he can learn so much more. He loves to play ball. He and his foster sister like to see who can get to the ball first. Harvey can play ball for as long as someone is willing to throw the ball. Harvey gets along well with all dogs and cats. We assume he would be amazing with kids due to his calm demeanor. He does have some mild anxiety with storms. During the last storm, he went into a dark closet and that seemed to be all he needed (and a few cuddles). We assume July 4th could also cause some anxiety so he will require patience and understanding. Harvey will never leave your side. He is up for any adventure that may come his way. He is a very happy-go-lucky boy!!! Harvey is current on age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick, dewormed, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $150. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Harvey, please fill out our application.
