Story
Born June 2 2021 Weight 55 lbs Carter is a bigger mini Australian Shepherd with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He has better recall than his brother and is incredibly friendly with people. He’s very food motivated and loves to play catch, run, and explore and especially at the beach, which is basically his happy place. Carter is vocal and expressive, so he’s not shy about sharing his opinions with the world. He’s playful, affectionate, and thrives with activity and engagement. Like Finn, he can be reactive toward other dogs, but with the right patience and structured introductions, he could likely learn to coexist with them. Carter would do best with someone active who enjoys outdoor adventures and doesn’t mind a chatty dog with lots of enthusiasm. They have always been considered our forever dogs, and this decision comes from wanting the very best possible future for them. Ideally they will go to the same home forever and ever

Story
Finley is 7. He is smart, athletic, and has a heart of gold for the right person, but his past has left him needing a structured environment with an experienced, motivated handler. The Best Parts of Finley 🐾 The "Suckle"; Habit: He absolutely loves his plush blankets. He carries it around proudly and then suckles on it when he's ready to nap;or prances with it to people he trusts to play tug o war until its ripped to pieces. He needs a "new"; (different) one every few weeks. High Intelligence: He is incredibly smart and "needs a job." What Finley Needs (The Transparent Truth) 🛡️ Finley came from a traumatic background involving an abusive female owner and young children.Adults Only: Absolutely no children. Slow Introductions.

Story
10 yrs old. He is potty trained, can sit, roll over, spin, stay, lay down, fetch a ball. Good with kids, other dogs and cats. Only vise he has is anxiety w/loud gunshot noises/fire works. He will try to get out any where he is. I have to put him on trazodone during new years and 4th of July holidays. He has been getting out of our backyard during the day a few times a week now, which im guessing is because he is bored & not stimulated enough. Only to the best home & w/ acreage or a farm. These dogs cant be in a small home or apt. Txt 9717627678 for more info.

Story
Pretty little Blaze 💜 1 yr old border collie mix. Found abandoned at a park and was very shy and timid. She has been in a foster home getting training and has come so far and is ready to be loved and spoiled in her own home now. She is doing great! She’s a very cool dog. She has all her basic obedience training, she is fully ecollar trained so spends lots of time off leash in our property. She has a great recall on our property. She travels great in the car. She now is able to spend time and play with another dog and loves it. She’s house and crate trained. She’s a high energy working breed but super smart and great with a routine and structure. She’s very loyal to her person. Great with kids. Will chase a cat but won’t hurt them. She will need a place with a big yard or property to run. She just goes and goes. Makes her so happy to burn that young dog energy. Would make a great hiking partner, she is ready for some fun! Foster family has offered a few training sessions for her new family as well. Great young dog that was rescued and now needs to be adopted and loved forever. Blaze will steal your heart. She is a friendly, energetic girl that will thrive in a home as an only dog. She is good with kids, but will chase cats. She has all her basic obedience training. She’s looking for an outdoor adventure buddy. She loves to travel. Blaze is super athletic so she needs a secured area to live where she can’t jump or climb out. If you are interested please apply~ www.hopeshavenfriends.org

Story
From his foster: “Ralphie – Your Adventure Co-Star1 year old | 48 lbs | Australian Shepherd MixRalphie is the kind of dog who forms deep bonds and wants to truly be part of your life. He’s intelligent, expressive, and athletic — a classic working-breed mix who thrives when he has structure, purpose, and connection. At one year old, and still figuring out the world, he can be sensitive in new situations and has shown some fear-based reactivity in the past. The good news? With structure and training, he has been making wonderful progress and building confidence every single day. He is looking for experienced, steady leadership to help him continue that upward trajectory. He would do best in:• An adult-only home (no young children)• An active household that enjoys walks, hikes, and enrichment• A secure yard (he’s athletic and curious!)• A home with breed experience and commitment to continued training    ##2622392##

Story
Turtle is a bright, affectionate young dog who forms deep bonds with his people and thrives on connection, structure, and shared adventures. At home, he is playful, loyal, and happiest when learning new things or spending quiet time with his favorite humans. He loves long decompression walks in peaceful places where he can explore at his own pace. Turtle is a sensitive soul who feels safest in calm, predictable environments. Like many intelligent dogs, he can become overwhelmed by busy settings or unfamiliar situations and may bark or react when unsure. Because of this, he is looking for an experienced, adult-only home with someone who enjoys working with thoughtful, emotionally complex dogs and uses force-free methods. He has food sensitivities (no chicken or beef) and does best on a salmon-based diet. Turtle has received extensive professional support and has a strong foundation; he simply needs the right environment and handler to continue building confidence.
