Story
Quigley is a loving family friendly dog that just wants to hang out with you and go on walks and ride in the car. He loves the beach, meeting and playing with other dogs and is not aggressive. I am sadly having to make this choice because I can no longer afford his care and I am having to downsize to a small apartment. He has a back yard now and would obviously prefer that. But really he loves to be wherever his humans are. Quigley has some environmental/food allergies and is on a prescription dog food.

Story
Elsie is a loving and energetic 5 year old red tri Aussie. We have had her since she was a puppy and she always loves to be by our side. Unfortunately, she has become reactive in certain situations and is nervous around our young child. We have done extensive training with her, but feel it would be best for her health to be in a home without fear of kids or other dogs. On most day's she is completely fine with our two other dogs, but she occasionally has an off day. She can be fearful of strangers, but if ignored, she will co-exist with anyone. Eventually, she warms up and then will smother them in love. She has a lot of energy and will do whatever it takes to please her owner. Elsie needs a home where she can get a lot of exercise and be the center of attention. If you can give her a chance, she is sure to show how much she loves and appreciates you.

Story
Meet our sweet Mini Australian Shepherd! He just turned 5 in July and has settled beautifully out of his puppy stage. He’s a gentle, affectionate dog who loves adults, kids, and even lives peacefully with our cat. He’s quiet, loves being around his people, and has that classic herding instinct, so he may try to “herd” you around from time to time. It’s endearing and very typical for his breed. We are looking for a new home that better suits his needs. He has struggled with using the bathroom in the house, and we’ve realized he would do much better in a home with easy outdoor access, ideally one with a dog door or a fenced yard that he can freely enter and exit. He’s genuinely a very sweet dog, and we want him to have the best environment to thrive. If you’re interested or would like to meet him, please don't hesitate to reach out. We’d love to find him a home where he can be happy and comfortable.

A dog is forever family — make sure you’re ready to open your heart and home completely. Vet Care: Banjo is healthy, vaccinated, and neutered. Even though he’s in great shape, please schedule a visit with your trusted vet soon after adoption to establish ongoing care and wellness. The 3-3-3 Rule & Commitment for Life: The first 3 days: Let him decompress and get comfortable with his new surroundings. The first 3 weeks: Banjo will learn your home, your routine, and begin to trust you completely. The first 3 months: He’ll know he’s truly home, safe, and loved.
