Story
Willie was originally one of 9 puppies born to a dog whose owner had dementia. He tried to keep them all but wasn't able to socialize them and the whole thing snowballed. But once the puppies got into foster homes, they started to blossom. Willie has shown such improvement - he is a brand new dog! Now all he needs is a brand new, forever home!

Story
This is a hard post to make, but we’re looking to rehome our sweet boy, Dakota. He’s a 5-year-old Australian Shepherd with a ton of energy and an even bigger heart.Dakota is loving, loyal, and smart. He’s fully potty trained and has been around kids with no issues—he’s very sweet, just high energy and tends to jump when he’s excited. He’d do best in a home with older kids or someone comfortable working with an energetic dog. He’s also incredibly protective of his people and his space. He can be very iffy with new people, especially outside the house. Once he’s inside and comfortable, he’ll love on anyone—but he tends to be overprotective in outdoor or unfamiliar situations. He needs someone who understands that and can help manage those introductions with patience and care. He’s been good with our lab mix but can be temperamental with new dogs. He just needs time to warm up, so a home with no other dogs or one that’s experienced with slow introductions would be ideal.

Story
Meet Ryder Ryder is a 5.5‑year‑old purebred Miniature Australian Shepherd with a loyal heart and a classic Aussie mind. He’s intelligent, devoted, and happiest when he’s with his people. His golden years are still ahead of him, and he’s ready to spend them as someone’s trusted companion. Ryder is fully house trained, does well in a kennel, and loves hopping in the car or side‑by‑side for a ride around the farm or town. He’s neutered, current on vaccinations, and on both flea and heartworm prevention. While he has mellowed with age and isn’t what most would call high‑energy, he’s still an Aussie at heart and has his playful, active moments. Ryder needs a home without other animals. He no longer gets along with the other pets on the farm, including the elderly resident Aussie, and would thrive as the only animal in the household. He should also be placed in a home without very young children. He has been wonderful with his previous owner’s children and visiting kids ages seven and up, but a calmer, more predictable environment will set him up for success. Ryder does have some protective instincts. He once nipped a stranger who entered his yard while his family was away; no skin was broken, but it’s important for his future family to understand that he may act as a watchdog when his people aren’t present to reassure him. Ryder is a good dog who simply needs the right environment—one where he can be the center of someone’s world, enjoy his rides, and relax without the stress of other animals around him. In the right home, he will be a devoted, loving companion.

Ace is a pending surrender, and is not currently in our care. We will take inquiries/foster or adoption applications on our pending surrenders, to help place pets into their new families homes faster. We do not indicate the temperment, behavior, or personality of the pet as we do not verify these until the pet is in our care. However, we will gather more information and are happy to answer questions if you are interested! Ace has been noted to be friendly, and know how to sit, come, and stay.

Story
Gunner was found in Franklin Texas on the side of a gravel road. He is super friendly and a HUGE cuddle bug. Gunner is estimated to be 6 months old, and possibly a Heeler mix. He was found on 3/1/26. Gunner is a medium-high energy puppy. He loves to play and has done well with several other dogs. Gunner has shown that he can settle relatively quickly, and simply loves to be around his humans. We are continuing to work with Gunner on general training, including kennel and basic commands.
