Bucky is currently residing at his original owners house in Franklin County VA ...he is being signed over to myself and another lady who have taken it upon themselves to find Bucky a forever home that has a fenced yard and preferably another dog he can become best friends with ..Bucky has lived outside on a chain his entire life ( approx 2.5 yrs) and his current owners do not have the time or means to give him the life he deserves. He has been worked with for over a year on walking on leash, riding in car, playing with other dogs and taking treats like a gentleman ! He has come a long way and is now ready to be adopted..he is a perfect medium size dog with a beautiful red and white coat. His DNA was done recently and it came back that he was Australian Sheppard / Beagle / with a splash of several other dogs..He is eager to learn and just wants someone who can have patience with him to get him finished up with his basic commands...Please help Bucky find his forever home !!

I am trying to find a home for two dogs who were rescued from a home where they were not receiving proper care. The slightly bigger one is Bear, he is a 4 year old male and Deer, he is a 1 year old male. These poor dogs had a rough start to life, but in spite of their poor start, they are the most loving, sweet souls. They would let you pet and love them for hours! They both are housebroken and they are not big barkers. They are very smart and docile, they are Rottweiler and Australian Shephard mix. They are roughly 30-40 lbs. I have had them for about a week now and its not hard to fall in love with them, although I know I cannot keep them. They are desperate for their forever LOVING homes! Thank you for your help to try to get these sweet boys a home they deserve!!! *They do not have to go together, they like each other, but they would not be heart broken if separated. They are people lovers!

Shes healing beautifully from her FHO surgery and showing just how resilient she is. Now, shes ready for the next chapter: finding a soft couch (and a loving heart) to land on. At this time, Maggie would do best as the only dog in the home, as shes showing some fearfulness around other dogs. With people, though, she is an absolute dreamextremely loving, affectionate, and happiest when shes right by your side. She truly just wants to be with her person Adoption fees are $350 unless otherwise stated. Senior dog adoption fees are $200. 100% of adoption fees are put back into the rescue so that another lonely and neglected dog can be rescued. We are grateful for your interest. Upon approval, the adoption fee is non-refundable. The fee includes the following: de-worming; heartworm, lymes, ehrlichia and anaplasmosis testing; all vaccinations including rabies; flea and tick treatment, microchipping and spay/neuter.
